Lovely property…great peace & quiet. It is on the golf course, but far enough away to not hear the golfers. The deck is a fabulous place to enjoy watching wild life. King bed in downstairs master was very comfortable. The downstairs bath is not an en suite and it would be difficult to have two couples as it is a bit small with only one sink. The bath upstairs is much larger and nicely remodeled. Easy access to Flagstaff old town area.

The property is well laid out with a fabulous deck… I mean fabulous! . However the property is next to the golf course fairway and is subject to errant golf shots. A window was broken while we were on the deck. The kitchen has the best pans, knives etc and is well stocked-the best that I have experienced. Overall the house needs general maintenance. The wooden chairs at the front entrance are falling apart are not fit for seating. There are cobwebs in the windows and the window blinds are frayed and difficult to operate. The driveway has dead pine tree limbs hanging over the driveway and one fell during an evening storm just missing my car. The property is very clean and well located but needs some general maintenance. The grounds have rotting rail road ties in the front and again just general up keep…when you spend 300 a night you should expect a 5 star property… but again great kitchen, great location, great deck, great layout… just needs some TLC.

This property is amazing. It has a beautiful deck to sit out on where you can eat dinner and then enjoy an adult beverage as you watch deer walk along the golf course. The living area in the house is perfect for hanging out as well and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this property. It took some prodding to get the owners to respond to messages in the app, but once they did, they were very nice.

This was a great place to stay for our family of 7. Super quiet but only 10-15 minutes away from most things we needed in Flagstaff. It was very clean and well-stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the hot tub after hiking in the Grand Canyon. All in all a great place, the property manager never responded about a late check out so we left on time and had a longer layover at the airport. No big deal, all in all a nice place.

We travelled with 5 adults and 2 kids. There was plenty of room for all of us in the living area. The kitchen has everything you would need. The bathrooms are nice and updated. The back patio is amazing. There is an outdoor living room set there now and it was so peaceful to sit out there. In the evening we saw 12 deer close by from the patio. The clubhouse is open to the public and is a close walk from the house so we were able to walk there for dinner one night. We went to the Grand Canyon during our stay and it was about an hour and a half and a very easy drive. There was a hole in one sun window (high near the top of the a-frame) from a golf ball. As you walk the neighborhood you'll see why. Golf balls all over the place! The tv color was blue in the main room, but I think it's a tv bulb issue and was reported to the owner. The setting here is beautiful and it's in a quiet neighborhood. I'd recommend. We will stay here again.
