"I have used VRBO over 20 times, 95% of my reviews are 4-5 star. This place was a BAD experience. No microwave so you must re-heat everything on the stove. Sleeps 9 people in beds and coffee maker makes 2.5 cups at a time. Upstairs shower does not drain. Door lock broke inside but there was a 2nd. Pull handle on door also broke. Owner left 2 towels for each of 3 bathrooms. She said if we wanted more we could go buy some. House shows no pride in ownership. Any thing that needed replacing was done...

"Great location. Easy walk into Bucerías along path or beach. Great beach walking. Resort is very busy however and a challenge to get pool chairs at times. Overall great location. "

"Locations is amazing if you want to spend time with your loved ones in the afternoons and spend the day at the beach and pools.Eve tho the penthouse is located on tower farther from the beach is not far to get to it."

"They have a pool on main floor and one on the roof on the roof. The pool is about 28-29Celsius on main floor is very cold that Jacuzzi does not work working"

"Terrible. This is an investment property and thereby you can expect no electrical outlets : there were two in the whole flat and one working, aside from the kitchen and bathroom. Wifi was awful. Neighbors blast music all day long. Car park alarms and sounds all night. No washcloths, bathmats, real pillow covers: just decorative nonsense. Balcony crowded and lightless. Not a plug or light in sight and the worst of it all: mechanical blinds that are WHITE so you can NOT sleep even if you manage...
