Promoted as a family resort but very limited activities for children aged 8-12. No board games or things such as table tennis bean bag toss or basketball. Also we visited during Olympics and not able to watch Olympic events in any common areas or TV in room. Long lineups for drink and meal services. ...

Talking with Contact
Stay was ok. We got lock out of the suite and had to wait an hour for the contact to come and get us back in. She was very nice but spoke very little English so that was a challenge also. Getting feed back on the original booking was not very fast in response.
