This spacious, permanently moored houseboat offers all the comforts of a modern, high-quality holiday apartment with a sun terrace and roof terrace. The cozy living room with its open-plan kitchen is ideal for relaxing on the sofa or gathering around the large table for a delicious meal or a games night. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with all essential appliances and an induction cooktop, leaves nothing to be desired. The dishwasher helps you quickly get back to the essentials of your holiday. On warm days, the two sun terraces, one in front and one behind the main houseboat, as well as the roof terrace, invite you to relax and soak up the sun. From here you have a wonderful view over the marina and the Flensburg Fjord. Inside the houseboat, you will find a living area with underfloor heating for cold days, two bedrooms each with a double bed, and a modern shower room. Ample storage space is available in the wardrobes in each room. Please note that the use of bed linen is mandatory. You can either bring your own or add it to your booking during the booking process. Additional fees in the form of a visitor's tax, tourism fee, or overnight tax are payable at the locations Wendtorf, Barth, and Schleswig. These costs are not included in the price and will be billed separately.
