Villa Idéalement placé

Très bon séjour. Emplacement idéal pour faire tout à pied. Très belle plage de sable mais il faut mettre des chaussures car beaucoup de coraux. Restos. Supermarché. Bonne ambiance. Très coucher de soleil.

Bien située

La maison est pratique et fonctionnel, bien situer avec tout a côté ( plage, resto, supermarché, pharmacie, change....) La maison est bien équipée également juste 2 bemol pour nous, la clim que dans les 2 etages superieur pas au Rdc qui est équipéede ventilateur, et la piscine et terasse exterieur qui ne vois pas du tout le soleil de la journées se qui etait vraiment dommage pour nous car nous n avons pas pu en profiter. Point possitive l hotes et tres a l ecoute et repond a toute nos questions en nous donnent plein d info utiles.

Flic en flac villa

Tout d abord merci a Véronique. Elle était toujours là pour tout les renseignements que nous avons demandéet Johnny pour notre arrivée. La villa est magnifique, bien situé a 5 min a pied de la plage et des commerces. Une villa avec tous le confort, même la literie génial. Et la piscine au top Un grand merci

Super angenehmes Haus in Flic en Flac

Wir waren zum 4. Mal in Mauritius und diesmal nicht in einem Hotel, sondern hatten uns das Haus von Veronique gemietet.Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer, wovon wir nur eines benötigt hatten, 2 schöne Badezimmer mit fließend Warmwasser, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Wohnzimmer mit TV und Internetzugang und einen Pool.Veronique vermittelte uns einen Mietwagen und zum Empfang standen Johnny und Steve bereit, die uns die Schlüssel übergaben und uns das Haus zeigten. Bei jedem Problem waren beide direkt zu Stelle. Auch bei Warnstufe 3 eines Zyklons fragte Johnny uns an, ob wir Hilfe benötigen würden.Wir verbrachten 20 schöne Tage in diesem Haus, obwohl ein Tsunami 2 Tage Warnstufe 3 verursachte. Dann sollte man zuvor alles nötige für mehrere Tag vorrätig haben.Mauritius ist eine sehr schöne Insel. Es ist allerdings sehr schade, dass sie nach unserem Eindruck immer mehr zu müllt. Deshalb sollte auch jeder Besucher auf den Umweltschutz achten.Alles in allem kann ich Veroniques Haus sehr empfehlen. Es liegt günstig (200m zum Strand), an der Costal Road reihen sich ein Restaurant ans nächste. Eine Shopping Mall gibt es in Flic en Flac direkt, wir haben aber die nächste in Cascavelle bevorzugt. Man kann auch die riesige Mall in Bagatelle besuchen, um dort einmal ausgiebig bummeln zu gehen.

Unterkunft mit Unannehmlichkeiten

Erst nach mehreren Anfragen an die Vermieterin wurde uns 2 Tage vor Abfahrt mitgeteilt, wie die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgen soll. Bereits nach einer Woche funktionierte der Toilettenabfluss bei normalem Gebrauch nicht mehr. Uns wurde die Möglichkeit angeboten, in einem Apartment (5 Autominuten entfernt) auf die Toilette zu gehen. Trotz aller Bemühungen dauerte die Reparatur bis zum Ende des nächsten Tages. Über Nacht mussten wir in zwei andere Apartments umziehen. Die ausgeführte Mängelbeseitigung hielt ca. 5 Tage, dann war die Abflussleitung wieder dicht. Trotz aller Bemühungen der Vermieterin aus der Ferne dauerte die Reparatur dann wieder 1,5 Tage. Ohne Toilette im Haus und einen Tag ohne Wasser (der Wassertank war nach Ende der Spülarbeiten des Abflussrohres leer und musste erst wieder aufgefüllt werden) schon sehr unangenehm. Auf die Toilette konnte man nur im o.g. Apartment oder auf öffentlichen Toiletten. Nach Beendigung der Arbeiten kamen dann vermehrt Kakalaken aus den Abflussschächten. Ansonsten war das Haus für unsere Zwecke ok. Die Vermieterin sehr freundlich, das Haus nur 10 Gehminuten vom öffentlichen Strand entfernt und der Hausmeister sehr nett. Wegen später Ankunft wurde uns von der Vermieterin ein Abendessen bereit gestellt.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Véronique. La maison est très fonctionnelle et très bien située sur l’Ile Maurice, ce qui permet de visiter plein de choses en maxi 1 heure de route. Véronique est une hôte très sympathique et à l’ecoute. Merci !

Séjour en famille du 15 au 22 juin 2024

L’appartement est conforme à l’annonce. Il est vaste propre bien équipé et très bien situé. La plage est à 500m. Le supermarché a 500 m Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. On a pu profiter du barbecue et de la piscine. Je recommande ce logement.

Un séjour inoubliable

Dès notre arrivée la première chose qui nous a marqué c’est le calme et la beauté du quartier. La villa est magnifique. Nous avons trouvé tous les équipements mentionnés dans la publication. Mon épouse était ravie de pouvoir cuisiner comme à la maison avec la tranquillité en plus. Véronique, la propriétaire est adorable. Elle n’oublie rien pour faciliter votre arrivée et votre séjour à Maurice : fiche pratique, accueil à l’aéroport et reste toujours disponible et toujours prête à vous apporter le renseignement dont vous avez besoin. Mon seul regret le séjour était très court et nous n’avons pas vu passer les 9 jours. Nous avons hâte de retourner à la Villa. Bravo Véronique et merci pour tout. ALI BOTO

Très belle villa avec piscine

Tout était parfait. La villa, la piscine, l'emplacement dans la ville...calme et près de toutes les commodités. Proche de la mer, de la plage, des restaurants et des bars. Nous avons loué une voiture pour profiter de toutes les merveilles de cette belle île. Je recommande vivement, et la propriétaire est très agréable et aux petits soins pour chaque demande.

Bonjour, tout d'abord je dois dire que la description du logement fait sur ABRITEL correspond exactement à ce qu'on a acheté. Ensuite laissez moi vous parler de l'hôte, Véronique, c'est une personne qui ne laisse rien au hasard, car même à distance elle peut intervenir et vous aider et donner tellement de bons conseils . Imaginez-vous arriver à Maurice après 20h00 et un repas vous attends pour toute la famille à la maison !!! Je peux vous dire que cela fait plus de 30 ans que je vais à Maurice, mais je n'ai jamais été accueillie de la sorte. Donc si vous voulez y aller, n'hésitez surtout pas, tant pour le confort, la propreté, la tranquillité et l'accueil et la sécurité, en famille ou en couple. Bravo Véronique......

Super bon plan pour un séjour en famille

La maison est pratique et bien équipée pour passer un séjour en famille . La belle plage de Flic en Flac n’est pas loin à pied , comme plusieurs restaurants sympas . Le gros plus : une hôte avec un accueil irréprochable, mais surtout beaucoup de bienveillance et d’empathie.

Maison conforme à la description, très propre, très bien placée, proche des commerces, restaurants et plage de Flic en Flac. Très agréable

L'hôte très sympathique, attentif à notre écoute et demande. Villa charmant et bien spacieux avec tout à proximité environ 5 à 10min de la plage, restaurant, bar,boulangerie, coiffeurs, grand surface et de toutes réservations pour visiter l'île. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille mes enfants ne voulaient plus partir.
