Do not pack the following items in your hand luggage:

• Leave all your full-sized bottles of hair gel and hairspray in your checked luggage. Pointed or sharp objects, like your Swiss Army knife, and dangerous products which are explosive or flammable, such as aerosol cans, flares and strong acids, are also not allowed.

Wear compression tights or socks, stay well hydrated and remember to keep your legs and feet moving. Walk around the cabin when possible or try out some exercises in your seat.
