"Prestations absolument pas au niveau annoncé :
Nous sommes entrĂ©s dans une chambre malodorante et qui n'avait pas Ă©tĂ© faite. ObligĂ©s d'attendre plus d'une heure et demi le passage de la femme de mĂ©nage, aprĂšs s'ĂȘtre battu pour avoir une rĂ©ponse au tĂ©lĂ©phone (service client ne rĂ©pond pas).
DiffĂ©rents Ă©lĂ©ments non fonctionnels (prises et lumiĂšre de tĂȘte de lit, siĂšge extĂ©rieur cassĂ©, fixations des rideaux qui se dĂ©crochent du plafond, bouchon de baignoire qui fuit, etc...).
