Stayed on a rainy weekend the ceiling had rain coming from it. The microwave didn't work, so I asked the staff for another one and he called the manager and she told him it was gonna take a while because they had to find 1 and clean it out. A whole hour went by.

I can’t believe that Expedia have this hotel with old old photos as an option. Terrible terrible place, dirty , OMG employees everything is terrible, the “ Breakfast “ lol is to laugh blow can they say breakfast included is a scam. Take it off the list.

Where do I start, had to switch to 3 different rooms, due to cleanliness and lights not working, on the 3rd room plug beside the bed didn’t work, at this point I was already annoyed and didn’t feel like asking for a forth room so I just left because I had to take care of other things in flint. Came back that night to find dog feces on the floor in the hallway going to the room. After that, I finally got to the room to take a shower and noticed mold in the ceiling and paint peeling.

The place was a dump. We did not stay. I gladly forfeited my one night's charge to get out of there. The desk person was nice, but that is all I can say for the place. The whole property was dark and dingy. Most things like the ac seemed to work, but the furniture was beat up. There was a large hole in the carpet and the back of the bathroom door was smashed in. No elevator and the carpet on the stairs was the nastiest I've seen.

The place is so dirty and smells weed and some crazy weird smell you've never experienced. The rooms bathroom doors are broken, there are stains in everything (Bed, carpet floor, couch, walls and bathroom). The walls have unfinished painting, I think i might have seen a medium velocity bloodstain on the wall. In whatever you can do, please don't book this place, it doesn't look near close to the pictures in the internet.

This property was poorly maintained. Things were moldy, barely put together, the bathtub leaked from the moment we entered to the moment we left, and it’s in an oddly sketchy area by the airport.

Quite possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. A hole I slept in while deployed to Iraq was better than this stay. The room was dirty and noticeably damaged in several locations. Mattress had an ominous stain on it. Bed was not comfortable. The pillows provided were on par with the kind of decorative pillows that come with a new sofa. The TV channels that could be picked up looked like they were being broadcast from outside the solar system. The fridge had what appeared to be pubic hair in it. An outlet inside the bathroom was missing its cover and the lamp next to the bed appeared to be hardwired directly into an exposed outlet.

There were holes in the wall, carpet pulled up from the wall, the blinds were missing/ or damaged, carpet power still on the floor, cigarette holes in the comforters. We needed up not staying her! Positive aspects: the carpets in the hallways and rooms were reasonably clean. However, there were numerous disappointments during our three-day visit. The only ice machine in the main building appears to have been broken for a long time. Our card keys became deactivated each of the first two days of our visit, requiring us to get replacements. In our room, one lamp had a burned-out bulb, two others appeared to be designed to hold three-way bulbs, but the bulbs in the sockets were singles. The lid to the toilet tank was broken into three pieces. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was a trickle, and the bathtub dripped the whole time we were there. There was no way to move the blackout curtains into position, so we were visible to the outside world. Fortunately, our room overlooked the dumpsters, so no one was back there. The king bed in our room had three small pillows, inadequate to the task, and we couldn't get any additional ones. There appeared to be some construction going on, but the primary consequences we could see were spilled plaster on the floors and a room, open to the public, full of trashed light fixtures.
