「Even though the property is “on the beach”, beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided free of charge to guests of the hotel, you have to rent them from another company, or bring your own. That was disappointing and unexpected. Previously places we stayed, the hotel provided all the beach amenities.」

「All I can say is WOW! This hotel was honestly the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. First off, James at the front deck is the man, that guy deserves a raise. The pool is super nice and well maintained, the breakfast was super good as well. The room was completely spotless, including the pull out bed. We will definitely be staying again!」

「I reserved a king room but was told upon checking in only queen rooms were available. I was told there was a plumbing problem in the king room. I looked at my credit card a few days day later and there was an additional $176 accommodation charge. I called to dispute this and was told there there was no apparent reason for the charge and it would be refunded.」

「Condo was very clean. Had dishwasher detergent (2 loads), liquid soap, wash machine detergents (2 loads); sample size Shampoo, Conditioner, hand soap, and lotion 2 of each. Seemed to have ample dishes, silver ware, kitchen utensils. Table with chairs and 2 lounge chairs on the patio. Steps from the pool or gulf. Sugar sand beach. Walmart, and a liquor store about 3 blocks away. The outdoor space was very quiet after 5 pm. 」

「Room floor was not moped the TV didn't work until the last night we was there and even then channels were very limited only one towel one wash cloth and one hand towel now don't get me wrong the place was OK I've stayed in worse and I like to think it was an oversight on the mopping but you could not walk barefoot cause for feet would turn black very fast other than that it was quite the bed was comfy check was fast price was decent over 3 and half stars out of 5」

「Seemed like an older hotel that needs some TLC and not the level I expect from Courtyard. Elevator was broke part of our stay, the room was very humid and the sheets felt damp, and there were footprints on the ceramic tile floor and a few other minor housekeeping issues. The pool was down for maintenance as well. Beds were clean and comfortable.」
