Great place with duomo views from balconies (plural!)

Wonderful apartment in a great location, 5 minute walk from duomo. Each bedroom with AC (as well as other rooms). Nice kitchen with nearby grocer (also 5 minute walk). Marianna was extremely responsive. Highly recommended!

Amazing location for visiting Florence

We had a wonderful time. The penthouse apartment was beautiful, clean and perfectly located for our family visit to Florence. Marianna was an amazing host helping us with restaurant reservations and taxi rides. We cannot wait to visit again!

Roomy apartment in great location

A great apartment with views of the Duomo. Great location as well - it is walkable to all the major sights. The host (Marianna) was great - very responsive to our questions and helped us make dinner reservations.

Florence felt like home, and this property was a big part of that. Marianna was so responsive and took care of us from the moment we booked. Everything was clean and perfect- and the location couldn't be better. Super close to all cafe's, shopping, and groceries. And an easy walk to the central plaza and train station, we never needed a car except a taxi to the airport. The beds were all comfy, and sitting on the terrace eating breakfast with views of the dome was so special! Just be ready to climb some stairs to get into the apartment!

Perfect location

This location was incredibly convenient to everything Florence but also sort of tucked away and quiet. The host was amazing in terms of communication and making sure we had everything we needed. I would most definitely recommend.

Perfect home base!

The apartment is gorgeous and the view is amazing! There are lots of stairs but so worth it. We had plenty of space and were so comfortable. The location is very central and you can walk easily to all of the main attractions in Florence. It does get a bit noisy at night but nothing a white noise machine can’t fix. Nothing beats looking out your window to a perfect view of the Duomo! The kitchen is well appointed and the main bathroom is very large with a nice shower and two sinks. Marianna was a wonderful host, she was proactive, helpful, and very responsive and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with her and would absolutely come back again and again!

Spacious home in a great location

Marianna’s home is lovely and in a great location - less than 5 minute walk to the duomo, 10 min to Piazza della Signoria, 15 to the central market and train station. The home is spacious with good separation between the bedroom/kitchen area from the living room. The second bathroom is in the living room area and both bathrooms were nicely appointed and stocked with items. The beds were comfortable and additional linens were available if needed. We had 5 adults and all were comfortable in their rooms. The check-in process would have been easy but our phones were not working properly to get the door code that was provided on WhatsApp. Download all of the information necessary before you get there because the concrete stairwell appeared to block the phone signal. Mariana was outstanding in her communication with us. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for getting around. Amazing location with all the amenities

Look no further - This is an exceptional property! It was perfect for my husband and I, and our three college-aged daughters. With 3 BR and 2 bath, this apartment had more than enough room for all of us to spread out while still allowing us to gather together to cook a meal in the well stocked kitchen or enjoy a glass of wine on one of the three beautiful terraces. Marianna, the host, was also wonderful. She was very helpful even before our trip. Because it was our first time in Italy, we had many questions. She was very quick to respond and gave us many helpful recommendations to enjoy while we were visiting. A couple of things to note: This property has amazing views of the Duomo and is on the top floor of the building. There are about 3 flights of stairs to climb but they are very easy and we had no trouble. The main bathroom is huge! My three daughters and I were easily able to get ready together at the same time. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook an amazing meal. There were also some basic seasonings and oils to use as well as many ways to make coffee/espresso in the morning. The location of this property was perfect! Only a couple of minutes to the Duomo, shops and restaurants. The grocery store is right down the street and there is a library right next door. We walked everywhere in the city!I highly recommend this property and Marianna. If we ever return to Florence, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Host and Location

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4 adults. Excellent location and the view of the Duomo was amazing. The apartment was as advertised and had everything we needed.
