The apartment was in a great location: very walkable to all we wanted to see, but in a quiet neighborhood. It comfortably accommodated 6 of us. I definitely recommend this lovely spot!

The apartment is very nicely decorated. Has a full kitchen which may be important to some quests. The location is great, very close to major attractions. Two bathrooms and bedrooms and a washer making it a place you might want to have a longer stay. The notebook with information for guests was helpful. We did find some two of our favorite restaurants with the recommendations. The host was very quick to respond to questions. The apartment was clean but there is some mold on the ceiling of the main bathroom which could be condensation or a small concerning leak. I did enjoy the rich red color accents in decorating and the attractive furnishings.

Great flat!!

Wonderful, roomy apartment. Fans, A/C, comfy beds, little patio, great location, and easy check in process. We loved our stay here! It's close to grocery stores, and all the big sights. 5 stars, across the board. The 2 bathrooms were so handy. Great place for 2 couples.

Spacious. Super nice layout. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment so there’s a nice amount of privacy and two bathrooms are a huge bonus. Looks way better and larger in person than the photos. Easy checkout and easy check in. Close to Duomo. Good location.

Ambulances with sirens blaring going by at anytime of day or night to the nearby hospital. Very close to the Duomo! Parking is outrageously expensive in downtown Firenze. We paid 30 Euros/night and that was a deal ;-). The apartment was clean.

Spacious accomodation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rental was extremely spacious and comfortable. We were greeted by Christian, a friend of the owner, and he assisted us in bringing in our luggage. He stressed several times that we could call him if we needed anything. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay there again.

Nice apartment in great location

Our family enjoyed our stay on our trip to Florence. The location made walking to many of the sites we were interested in easy while not being in the main areas with more crowding. When we had questions or an issue, Gianluca was so responsive in addressing them! Thank you!
