Unfortunately, this was one of the worst Vrbo experiences we have had. Upon arrival, we found that the property had not been properly cleaned. There was hair and even small shards of glass on the floor, visible mold in the shower, and dead mosquitoes smeared on the walls.The most disappointing part was the lack of communication. We reached out to the host in hopes of finding a solution, but we never received a response. Because of the condition of the property and the inability to get assistance, we ultimately chose to leave and book a hotel instead.We understand that unexpected issues can happen, but basic cleanliness and communication are essential. Unfortunately, this property did not meet those expectations, and we would not stay here again.
