Comfortable Apartment in Santa Maria Novella

The apartment is stragically located in the historical centre of Florence, in front of Train Station, at the fourth floor with elevator, can accommodate a family of up to a maximum of 6 people.

The apartment is just a ten minutes' walk from all the most important attractions the city has to offer: Congress Palace, Exhibition Center, Piazza Duomo, Galleria degli Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria and many more.

There's also a great choice of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, delicatessens, a mini market and much more, all close by.

Florence Peretola international airport (FLO) is 23 minutes away byTram or taxi and the Santa Maria Novella train station is just a 30 meters. Taxi Station is a 20 meters; Shuttle to/from Pisa Airport (PSA) is a 30 meters.

Great Florence apartment, location and host!

This apartment was perfect for our two families (5 people). There was lots of room and it’s modern and clean. The location across the train station made it very convenient for day trips. Alberto was an excellent host. Very friendly with great communication.

Right across from train station. Walking distance to great restaurants and museums and school of leather making. Host was very organized, providing maps and lots of info. Excellent place to stay. Clean and beautiful.

Beautiful space in a great location. Alberto was very responsive and a wonderful host. Highly recommend staying here if you would like to explore Florence by transit or foot (everything is walking distance).

Santa Maria Novella stay

The apartment was very comfortable. The place seems to have been recently updated which makes everything convenient. The apartment was clean and well stocked. It was hot in Firenze during our visit and the air conditioners were working properly. The shutters were great in keeping the heat out during the day and the lights out at night. It was also convenient being across the street from the train station. Alberto was a great host right from when we booked the property. He was very accommodating, showed us where the nearest grocery store is, and even told us of events happening in the city during our stay. We had a great time!

Spectacular!

We were in Italy on a family vacation in April 2025, renting apartments in Rome, Florence and Bologna. This property, location and host were THE BEST! First of all, the apartment itself was spacious and modern. It had all of the amenities to make our stay more comfortable, including a washer/dryer which was very useful. Second, we loved the location - directly across the train station. Lastly, our host Alberto was fantastic: responsive, helpful, kind, respectful. We would definitely recommend this unit to others and would be happy to stay here in the future.

Excellent Location

We stayed in Florence for 2 short days. This apartment was perfect for 3 adults and a teenager. The apartment was in a great location, had excellent amenities, and was very clean. Alberto was so responsive with questions and meeting us. I would recommend the apartment to friends and family.

Lovely apartment

Alberto met us when our train arrived and assisted with the luggage. He always answered promptly when we had a question. He made sure by checking in with us that things were going well. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Beds very comfortable. Modern showers. Even has standing fans in each bedroom. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Luxurious apartment and walkable to everthing

This apartment is super nice and in a great location. The check in was great- the host let us and walked us through the entrance / keys and apartment amenities. It was well appointed- ample towels and bedding plus coffee pods and bathroom soaps/shampoo. The place is very modern and recently remodeled. The location next to the train station is convenient (15min walk) to the major sites and don’t miss the central market for lots of good food options. Ice balcony with washer dryer and lots of kitchen utensils make the place great for a long stay. I would book this place again and again. Nice view of the train station, and the elevator makes the 4th floor location a bonus.

Very nice apartment in the perfect location

My family stayed here for 6 nights. We have two college age children, so the size worked out perfectly with the 2nd bedroom having two separate beds. The place was very clean. The owner was very accommodating and flexible. He was extremely responsive, and checked on us after the first day. The location across from the main train station was perfect for early day trips, and within walking distance to everything the city has to offer. There were several laminated guides in the room with tons of information. We loved Florence and will stay here when we can return. I highly recommend this place.

Great Location

Just cross the street of train station, and on the other side of train station is bus station. Convenient for taking day trips by train or bus to nearby Siena, Piza, Milan, Venice. Florence train station area is safe and nice, just about 10 minutes walk to Dumo. Host is very helpful. We arrive early, around noon time. Host is waiting for us already, and we did early check-in. the property, on the 4th floor, offering great view, also away from street noise.

Great place

This apartment is across the street from the train station. It is such a great location if taking the train in or out of the city. Florence is very walkable and we were able to get everywhere we wanted within 30 min walk. The apartment itself was very clean and modern and fit my family of 5 well. I read other people say not to stay by the train station but always felt safe. It was always crowded with people even at night . I can’t stress how easy it is to get off the train with your luggage and only have to walk across the street. We enjoyed our time in Florence and would stay here again if we came back.

Awesome place

Superbe et spacious apartment.Modern and functional. Very safe building. Fully equipped. Extremely clean. Just across the street from Santa Maria novella train station which could be noisy at night if sleeping in the front bedroom. Host Alberto very nice and welcoming. Was waiting for us when we got out of the train station. Gave us a grand tour of the apartment. He checked on us 2 days later to make sure everything was ok. He had a map of the city for us as well as all the majors attractions, churches, museums. Grocery store right at the corner. Washing machine on the premises and self-service laundromat near by. Lots of restaurants, shops and more. We definitely recommend this apartment.

Can I leave 6 out of 5 stars?

THANK YOU Alberto! He was helpful as we planned the trip, he gave a thorough tour of the apartment, and he went above and beyond when we were in Milan...but realized our passports were still in the apartment safe. Also our two favorite Florence dinners were at the restaurants he recommended. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!
