Adorable bed and breakfast, Milena is the best! She made us feel right at home and kept our bags safe for us after we checked out. Very clean and comfy place, great for the price. Super quiet and peaceful at night yet a very short walk from the heart of Florence, we loved the location. About a 13 minute walk to the Accademia and only a few minutes from wonderful restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

We don't recommend this place

Check in was not smooth. The bathroom was not in the room. They didn’t clean the room on our second day. The key to the bathroom didn’t work properly. It wasn’t a hotel. It was more like staying in someone’s house sharing with other guests. Not a comfortable stay at all.

My partner and I spent seven nights at Corte Passi, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Although we had an external bathroom, it was perfectly fine—a spacious and well-maintained bathroom that met our needs, even though it was located at the end of the hallway. Corte Passi is conveniently located close to the city, yet in a quiet area where we weren't disturbed by traffic noise. The host was lovely and welcomed us warmly. Despite her limited English, she was always kind and greeted us with a smile each morning. Corte Passi is definitely suitable for a week-long stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of air conditioning and a shared fridge in the hallway. The bed was quite comfortable as well. Overall, we are very satisfied and had a wonderful vacation.

Not good

Unpleasant stay. To start with, you need to contact the host to be able to checkin, luckily we had a SIM card, otherwise this would have been very problematic. After finally reaching the host, she very rudely answered, and made us wait 5 minutes to be able to go inside, while we were waiting outside in the rain with all of our bags. The checkin process was awful, and took almost 45 minutes. The host became very hostile and rude when we requested an AC remote, insisting that we did not need it as the weather was fine, even though it exceeded 30 degrees during the days of our stay. The external bathroom is also quite a walk from the room, and it was unclear on whether it was was even private as advertised. To add to this, the place also had a smell of off meat the whole time, had wifi which barely worked, and a lot of street noise. I would classify this as possibly the worst and most uncomfortable stay that I’ve experienced, and do not recommend.

Très bon sejour

Venu pour visiter essentiellement propriétaire super pour ceux qui ont vu le film la convivialité de l'hôtel fait beaucoup pensé à "l'auberge espagnole" Pour rejoindre un autre commentaire la seule chose qu'il manque dans le coin cuisine serait des plaques de cuisson

Hospedagem de média para baixo.

No geral uma experiência ok, o check-in complexo, não conseguimos avisar um dia antes como solicitado pois esquecemos e quando chegamos demoramos um pouco para entrar. Tivemos a ajuda de uma hospedagem ao lado que contatou alguém para nos atender. O quarto que ficamos era bem barulhento, pois era virado para a rua (Quarto privativo com banheiro privativo externo). O ar condicionado também muito barulhento que na primeira e segunda noite tivemos que desligar para dormir melhor. A cama também não era das melhores mas era ok e a janela velha que acaba entrando brilho.

Cumple con los requisitos básicos, una habitación en muy buen estado y cerca a buenos puntos de interés de Florencia. Nosotros llegamos en tren y nos quedaba súper cerca de la terminal, eso ayudó mucho. Aunque no había nadie cuando llegamos, nos contactamos por WhatsApp y nos dieron acceso inmediatamente. Atención excelente y cómoda respecto al precio.

Struttura decisamente comoda ed accogliente: molto vicina al centro storico (5 min a piedi), appena al di fuori della ZTL: è facilmente raggiungibile in auto senza preoccuparsi delle multe. Si trova molto parcheggio in zona. La camera è molto pulita, dispone di un mini-frigo, e di tutti i servizi necessari. Inoltre è a disposizione una cucina, con macchina per il caffè. Il gestore è molto disponibile, anche per chiarimenti non inerenti al pernottamento. Per non parlare del prezzo davvero basso. Consiglio molto!

Excellent Place.

The Hotel was perfectly located near the SMN train station and close to downtown area. I spend seven nights at the Hotel. We went to Firenze to help my daughter start her college career. Very clean place, coffee machine makes excellent coffee, refrigerator in the room, access to microwave. The place was quite at night.

2인실 전용화장실로 이용하였는데 3일동안 피렌체에서 편하게 머물다가 갑니다. 수건을 매일 챙겨주시지는 않았지만 이야기를 따로 해두는게 좋을듯하고 만족한 숙박이였습니다.

Florence Stopover.

This is a good spot to base your exploration of Florence. The property did not seem staffed and we had to call a telephone number where a staff member then helped us enter the property. The room was clean and spacious and toilet was modern. There was a basic kitchen with a coffee machine, microwave and kettle. The location is safe and has good access to both metro and the city center.
