This apartment is incredibly charming and comfortable! It is cutely decorated and has a well-stocked kitchen. The location is within easy walking distance of the historic town center and the train station. We would definitely stay here again.

Had 5 nights in Florence and wanted more space than a typical hotel. Paulo was a great host and kept in touch throughout. Very accommodating. Ten minute walk to Duomo and very quiet area. Apartment had plenty of room and 2 full baths, 2 half. Huge kitchen and dining area if you cared to stay in a do meals (but hard to do in Florence) I would def stay there again!!

Getaway in Florence

We had a wonderful stay in this loft in Florence. The location was perfect for us since we traveled by train and wanted to be near great food and historic sights. We are a family of 5 ages 18-60 and the set up of the loft was good for us, though I wouldn’t say the loft has 3 bedrooms, more 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom spaces. Either way it was an amazing experience and we would definitely visit again.

Beautiful Apartments, Steps from the Market and Train Station

We had an amazing stay. The apartment is decorated beautifully and everything was very clean. Check-in was a breeze, the owner walked us through the entire house to show us how everything worked. The location was fantastic.

A week in the beautiful Florence with Family

Exceptionally decorated apartment in a strategic position a few steps away from both the centre and the main train station. Perfect for both Families and couples. Highly recommended.

Nice apartment, minutes away from everything. Note: listed as 3BR but is actually 1 BR with 2 sofa beds (which were comfortable and easy to convert). Overall very pleasant and recommended

Excellent stay, really nice hosts

We had a wonderful stay in this 2 level apartment. It's spacious, clean and has all amenities that are listed. We were overwhelmed by the niceness and warmth of the hosts - above and beyond. The location is perfect for the Duomo, Uffizi etc. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Perfect Florence place to stay

Located a Great area of Florence. The Duomo is only two or three short blocks away. On your way over there the roads are dotted with great restaurants to eat. Once you’re at the Duomo you can go to see all the sites. Our host was extraordinarily helpful in more ways than we could even describe. I would absolutely recommend this place. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Perfect stay

We travelled with our children from ages 13-21 and they all said this place was their favorite place to stay among all other places. The split level gave everyone their own space. Great amenities and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for the nights we wanted to stay and cook. We also love the location as it was in the center of everything. Most importantly we felt very safe and relaxed there.

Amazing location near the train station

The apartment is a short 10-15 minute walk from the train station and bus station. Several nice cafes and restaurants near by. The apartment is very clean and really nice. We loved the large kitchen, even though we didn’t food, we did bring back food to eat at the table. We felt very comfortable and safe. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay

We loved our stay here! Paolo was so welcoming and easily able to accommodate our request of an infant cot / pack and play. The apartment had a beautiful, bright kitchen and was well located to be within walking distance to all of the Florence sights. There were stairs to get up to the apartment and in the apartment themselves which may be an issue for those with mobility issues, but they weren't an issue at all for us with a baby and a stroller. Would recommend!

What a great location. Easy to find public transport and a short walk into the main city area. It was very tidy, clean and quiet. If you don't like stairs then it isn't for you but we didn't find it a great problem.

Fun in Florence

From the moment we entered the apartment, I knew our family would enjoy their stay in Florence. Our host, Paolo was amazing. He showed us around the apartment with so much pride. We knew from his introduction to the apartment that he truly wanted us to enjoy our stay. The apartment was decorated beautifully and had all of the amenities for our trip. We were centrally located to our tours and shopping. It was great walking everywhere. If we ever visit Florence again, I know where we're staying!

Good location all three ladies had private and comfortable sleeping quarters. The kitchen was fully stocked with all needed appliances T.V. had netflix We are senior citizens and if this VRBO was comfortable for us it would be more than suitable for other age groups and families. The only suggestion would be more waste baskets

Great Location; Thoughtful Host; Highly Recommended

From the moment of our booking, the ongoing and effective communications between the host Paolo and the property manager Anastasia were key to our enjoyable stay at the property. This was crucial as we were new to Florence. Besides being helpful with immediate actions before arrival and on site, they also impressed us with their flexibility and accommodation to the changes we made along the way. The location is accessible to many well known sites within walking distance. The close proximity to the train station allowed us to take a one day trip each to Siena and Cinque Terra. The property is very clean and excellent for family and friends who enjoy a home setting while traveling. We will definitely book again if we visit Florence in the future. Great location and wonderful host!

We had a great stay in this lovely home. Paolo met us to let us in and tell us all about his place. He is a wonderful host. We were treated like friends who were house guests. The home is so nice and it feels like home away from home. It was an easy walk from the train station and we were just a few minutes walking from any place we wanted to go. The kitchen was fabulous and had everything you would need. We had friends over for dinner and the kitchen is a great place for hosting dinner. The washing machine was a very nice amenity as we were traveling in Italy for 2 weeks. This was a perfect place for our family of 4 with our 2 college age kids. Everyone had their own space to sleep. (one bedroom and 2 sofa beds). The communication with the host and his assistants was always responsive. We love Florence and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend. Grazie Paolo!

Extraordinary Home!

This location was central to everything and the host greeted us and gave us a tour of this home and showed us where everything was and how everything worked. This home was impeccably designed and was one of the highlights of our 1st visit to Florence. The pictures on this home don’t do it justice! We would love to come back and stay longer next time.
