Very nice room, and set up. We stayed in a family suite with a bunk beds for 2 kids. We reserved 3 such rooms for our group. They are all clean and cozy. The rooms were newly renovated. The bathroom is definitely a highlight. Very nice shower room, strong water pressure. 2-3 mins walking to train station which we took every day to downtown Zurich. Highly recommend.

Convenient, full-service hotel

My family stayed at Hotel Embassy during a brief trip to Italy over the holidays. The hotel was very well located near to the major sights, yet did not suffer from street crowding common with other tourist hotels. Very clean rooms and services.

Superbly placed hotel for rail travel into Florence and onlt a short walk from the major sights of the city. Staff were incredibly helpful both on check in and check out and the room was lovely. Breakfast was fine. Location is less inviting at night but all city train stations have similar problems.

Good location. Staff were lovely. Room was big and clean. Shower was great. Only two slight negatives we're the bed is a tad hard and it can get noisy from activity in the hotel, depending which room you get. We had a room that got a bit of noise from people walking past, although it didn't really bother us as we were always too tired from enjoying Florence to notice!

This hotel was very easy to find as it’s near the station it was very clean with great facilities the check in was very quite rooms nice and tidy bathroom had a fantastic shower it’s located within walking distance everything being close to the railway station also has its problems as it seems to a meeting place for a lot of people which at times made you wary of which side of the road to walk on I must say I was never approached in anyway however there was quite a few police in the area !!!
