There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful and unique this little gem is. Best breakfast our whole trip, location is perfect, the room was like something out of a book, and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Will be back for sure.

We had a great experience staying here!
The location could not have been better, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were even more amazing. We asked to leave our bags so we could do more shopping and because they didn’t have new arrivals they let us keep the room at no extra charge!!!

There’s something quietly special about staying at Residenza d’Epoca – Piazza della Signoria. Perfectly positioned overlooking the Piazza della Signoria, you feel completely immersed in the rhythm of Florence.
What truly stood out was the warmth of the staff—especially the team in the kitchen, whose energy was both genuine and accommodating. Breakfast is served along one long communal table, which feels simple yet rather exquisite.

Very quaint hotel with a convenient location to sites. Management and staff are very accommodating. Comfortable bed and breakfast is very good. Our room was charming and comfortable. There is an elevator, but only for one person at a time with no luggage. Be prepared to walk up stair. (FYI- This hotel cannot accommodate a wheelchair or someone unable to manage stairs)
Our room was located on the 4th floor and late at night it was extremely noisy on the ground floor of the building- it was not guests, but workers (not sure if it was related to our hotel or neighboring unit).
Overall, a nice place and a good fit it you can handle the stairs and noise at night.

This place was absolutely wonderful. The people there were warm, helpful, kind and helpful beyond what anyone can expect in recent times. It was like traveling back in time to when I traveled in the 90’s. This place was so beautiful and perfect and I hope they can see continued success. The breakfast was gorgeous. Everyone that worked there should be commended on their expert level customer service and care. I can not say enough amazing things about this place. I loved everything about it. Down to them giving me “a really good umbrella” because it was raining. And helping me get a taxi to the airport and switching my room so I could have a bathtub. I would stay there over and over again if I am able too. Looooooved it. So pretty and the location is unbelievably perfect. Amazing. Just perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff are very friendly and efficient. They accommodated our needs. Breakfast provides opportunity to visit with other guests and socialize. George and the rest of the staff were very helpful.We will definitely stay here again when we visit the Florence.
