Lovely accommodations which worked well for three couples. Loved that a grocery store was right across the street. Easy access to shopping, restaurants and attractions. Hop-on Hop-off stop was on our street and golf cart tour location was half block away. Oh, and our view from terrace was spectacular!

This apartment is beautifully appointed. The bathrooms are gorgeous and there are great views from the patio of the Arno river and up to the Piazza de Michelangelo. We stayed here with a family of 6 adults and it was very comfortable. The hosts were amazing and helped with restaurant recommendation and made reservations for us.

La Dimora Nova was the perfect stay for our trip to Firenze. It is beautifully designed and thoughtfully spaced for couples and families. The gorgeous marble bathrooms & terrace view are it's gems. We loved being in the heart of the city, having everything within walking distance, but on a quiet street (and very quiet apartment) as well. The elevator, laundry, spacious closets, ample towels & hangers, very comfortable beds, kitchen necessities, I could go on, made our stay feel comfortable & luxurious. It truly has everything you need. Cecilia was lovely & accommodating, we'd surely book again!

Beautiful property in Florence

Thank you for a wonderful visit! Everything about our stay was perfect. The apartment was huge and beautiful. The balcony has a fantastic view of the river; a great spot to enjoy a bottle of wine. All around incredible stay. Beautiful 3 bed 3 bath. Perfectly appointed. Camilla met us to check in (early bc they knew we were arriving early and had it ready!) she took care of everything we needed, truly above and beyond. Location is perfect as is the view of the Arno. Will be back.

The unit is very charming and beautiful. It has three rooms, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen with three bathrooms. It also has a small room outside of the unit which has a bed. We did not use it, but it is there. The location is fantastic very central to everything and there’s a balcony view of the river that is spectacular. The communication was very positive and perfect. There is a small lift in the building to get you up as it is on the top floor of the building so you will have to climb about four sets of stairs to get up to the unit. But as I said, there is a lift. Overall excellent experience and a very unique and charming apartment a great Florence experience.

“Our stay at the Dimora Nova apartment was exceptional, unique, and wonderful. The apartment offers all the comforts, the location is perfect, and we felt at home. We slept phenomenally well. The service provided by Cecilia was first-rate, demonstrating a high level of attention. Whenever we needed something, she was immediately available. She arranged everything from the phenomenal guide Barbara, drivers, and recommended excellent restaurants and activities—a truly high-level service. We fell in love with Florence thanks to the apartment, but especially because of Cecilia, Azzurra, and Upali. What a high-level team they have! Gorgeous Apartment! Fantastic Location! Responsive Host!

Azzurra, our host, was very responsive and accommodating! We requested a noon check-in and she made it happen :) The apartment is very centrally located (a 10-15 minute taxi ride from SMN station.) The apartment is on the 4th floor, so be prepared to climb a good number of steps (there is a small elevator if needed.) Azzurra's place has been completely renovated and modernized while still complementing the old-world charm of Florence. Every appointment was top-notch and did not go unnoticed, from wall finishings, to appliances to color schemes etc. The balcony is delightful and boasts a jaw-dropping view of the Arno River. We were a group of seven adults and with 4 bedrooms & 3 baths, we were all very comfortable. We didn't want to leave and will definitely look to stay at La Dimora Nova again next time we're in Florence!

A nice stay!

Overall, the apartment was very nice- spotlessly clean, efficient (but small) elevator, comfortable beds, great neighborhood! Having the electronic room-darkening shades was a nice touch that helped to induce restful sleep. Also, while it might seem like a small detail, the water pressure was good for showers. No washcloths were provided, but linens were quite good. Our main issue was that we were not informed until arrival that the AC in the master bedroom was not operational. It was not able to be fixed until close to our departure. While another option was offered, it was too complicated to make a change at the very last minute. The manager was provided with information for 2 of the travelers as primary contacts days ahead of our arrival, but had to be reminded several times not to contact the one who was unable to make the trip. It was frustrating to receive a few calls in the middle of the night when arrangements had been made to work directly with those in our party locally. So, it was primarily the communication with the property manager that influenced this rating. Additionally, although we paid for a 3 bedroom rental, our only compensation for not having use of the master was a bottle of wine. The apartment itself was great.
