Excellent location

Great place to stay! Sitting area furniture could be better but a great location. Wonderful restaurant and coffee shop around the corner as well as Harry’s Bar. When we come back to Florence, will definitely stay there again!

Amazing location for exploring Florence

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were a group of two adults, two seniors, and a college age student, and the apartment was perfect. The beds were very comfortable, they are on an inside courtyard, so it was very quiet at night (but we could hear the bells of the Duomo, which was lovely!) The location is fabulous - everything is walking distance. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We stayed in Florence for 5 days, late September. This property met all our needs and then some! The location was fabulous with easy walking to all we wanted to see, and plenty of restaurant choices nearby. The apartment was clean and well equipped and our host even welcomed us with a lovely bottle of wine. Would make every effort to stay here again next visit.

Lovely apt.

This apt. was perfect for our family of 7. Plenty of room for us all. It is right in the center of Florence in walking distance to all the local attractions. The apt. was clean and neat. The beds were a little uncomfortable but for 2 nights it was fine. Also the furniture in the living room is not very comfortable but we spend little to no time there so it was fine. We loved the old world charm and the location. Would stay there again in the future.

A perfect Florence location

This house is in a lovely section of Florence. It is absolutely charming and we highly recommend it. Do note that the laundry is a washer only. Absolutely stunning!

Perfect stay in the center of Florence

Great location. Great space for three couples.We loved our stay. The only recommendation we have is to update the furniture in the living room. While we didn’t spend much time in the apartment, it would have been nice to finish the day relaxing on more comfortable furniture. Authentic furniture to the space, but in need of updating.

The apartment is fabulous but we did have some extensive communication issues with the host. the host and manager did not seem to be communicating. The stay was lovely—the apartment is located central to everything we wanted to see in the historic area of Florence—we were not aware of the difficulties with parking and we had a car.. so do research before you go!
