Perfect location!

This condo was perfect for me and my kids and my parents. Very clean and cute. And the location is perfect. It’s right in the little downtown area where there’s tons of shops and restaurants. We loved our stay!

Very nice place if you dont like stairs or cant do them then this isnt the place for you. It had everything we needed pots pans dish soap shampoo. The car port was pretty small to get in and out of i have a ford escape. The only thing i didnt like was the shower head its old and out dated need to put in one that you has a hose so you have water pressure. Id rent this place again.

Within walking distance to great restaurants!

The place was wonderful! Super clean, and very comfortable. We were able to go to restaurants by walking. It sure is a great day to an evening of relaxation, great food, and great people in town! What a wonderful place to stay!

The internet didn’t work. The tv didn’t work the wires were hanging all over. The bbq didn’t work and if it would have there was no way to light it. Nothing was fixed during our stay and no compensation was offer. Wouldn’t stay there again

Awesome home!

Great place that has tons of options for activities of all kinds in the nearby area! The home was a fantastic launching spot for sandboarding and ATV time on the dunes, as well as super close to shop for groceries and walk around the neighbourhood. Our family loved the home and place to move and recover from the fun!

Just perfect

This place is super clean, and it is laid out just perfect for my friends and myself. Right smack in the middle of old town, which gives you access to some really great dining, as well as some shopping. We will be back.

Awesome location, clean, kitchen and bathrooms well equipped.

The beds were comfortable. The only issue was the ice machine not being hooked up and making noise constantly. It was very annoying. But I rate the place a 10 over all. We would definitely stay again.

Florence trip

Nice property and located in a very convenient location. Overall very nice but if we wanted to grill, it needed to be a nicer grill. Hide a bed couch is dated but it works. Toilet upstairs runs and nightlight didn't work. We did enjoy the convenience.

It is a beautiful condo but I wish there had been some mention that I had to go up two flights of stairs to get to the bedrooms. I am disabled and it was really difficult. Cant stay here in the future. Too bad because its a really nice place

Coastal Cove

We loved our stay at Coastal Cove. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained. We really liked being right in the heart of Florence, and yet it was so, so quiet. The kitchen is well-appointed and uncluttered. Our only complaint is the living room furniture. We were unable to sit there because the couch and chair are so old and worn out they hurt our backs. The living room is so light and airy, so attractive, it was a shame not to be able to use it. Highly recommend that management update that furniture. Beyond that, it was great. Sadly, the furniture would mean that we wouldn't stay here again.

Florence Gem

We enjoyed our stay at the River Front very much. The house feels bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean. The laundry on the top floor between the bedrooms was nice to have. My wife has chemical sensitivities and so is always nervous about perfume and Febreze smells but she did not have any trouble here. The sheets and towels had been laundered with something scented but it wasn't strong. An improvement could be to use unscented products. But it was fine. We appreciated having new (wrapped) soaps in both bathrooms and also a new sponge for dishes in the kitchen with a small bottle of dish soap. The location was great. We walked down to the coffee shop every morning and to the fantastic bakery across the street. Highly recommend for people who can handle stairs. We will stay here again.
