Stayed at Bay View West, Florence, Oregon

I so enjoyed my stay at this vacation rental. The owners have left no details out, the decor was perfect, amenities in the kitchen lacked for nothing. The house was very quiet, and peaceful, and the view stunning. Everything in the home is top quality. I would highly recommend this home for a vacation rental.

Beautiful home overlooking the river

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is is centrally located, with many shops, restaurants, and beach activities nearby. The house is wonderful for a family gathering. Very clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend!

This home was extremely comfortable and clean. Amazing views from the large windows and it is close to the beaches and old town. The couch is dangerously comfortable. Great times!

Beautiful home, grounds and view.

We had friends join us and each couple enjoyed a master suite with king beds. Close to all the attractions. We would love to stay here again!

Wonderful home and location

Home was very clean and well set up. Great central location for our family to visit different locations up and down the Oregon Coast. We would definitely recommend staying in this home and we will return again when visiting this area. Wonderful!!

We love everything about Bay View West! Clearly a new home with sparkling-clean everything. Such a pleasure to open the door and feel immediately comfortable and welcome. Lots of thoughtful touches, beautiful decor & well-stocked. Views from both master bedrooms! Definitely will be back!

Grandchild get away

This house is extremely comfortable and beautiful. The view is amazing! The Suislaw river and the town of Florence can be seen from the wall of windows in the living room. It has anything you would need to vacation in the lovely town of Florence. We will most likely return next year.

Beautiful home with nice furnishings.

Clean,beautifully decorated and nice amenities. Great location too with a nice view of the bay. One suggestion would be end tables or coffee table in living room. Was awkward to sit with a drink/coffee on the sectional with only 2 cup holders on one end. Coffee cups don’t work them either.😊 would recommend to others and also rent again.

Beautiful view of the bay

This was the absolutely best place in Oregon to stay. It is centrally located and a great starting off area for everything outdoors we wanted to do and see. The house was perfectly appointed, spotless, and full of homey touches that made it so enjoyable. We grilled outdoors, fixed all our meals in the everything you could need kitchen, played games, watched birds, and enjoyed the superb grounds and views. We loved watching the tides come in and out in the bay and got fabulous photos right from the window where we enjoyed our coffee. I was able to do a little work from our vacation spot and still explore half the state. There was a nice TV, but why would we ever use it? When we arrived, the landscaping was in full bloom and I spent the first several hours finding the outdoor gems like a flowering pond, picnic area, birdhouses, and our photogenic friend the moose carving by the grill. From Florence we were easily able to go up and down the coast and explore every scenic overlook on 101. I am glad we flew in to Eugene instead of Portland. That made travel to Florence so easy. We went to Northern California to the Redwood Forests, to Crater Lake, to Sahalie Falls and all were just a day trip from the coastal home base. We found a Fred Meyer in town and got groceries for our stay, so we had all the comforts of home. I can’t recommend this location highly enough. My only note is that it isn’t for the disabled guest who has issues with stairs. We had so such limitations and enjoyed the elevated views.
