First time in Florence

The property was immaculately clean! Christiana our host was available via text and very patient as our train was delayed several hours! We were supposed to arrive at 3:00PM and never walked through the door until nearly 10:00PM. She was there and greeted us with no issue! Great location, very comfy beds. Bathroom was large and clean. If you use the washer be prepared for a long wait - and it’s loud so don’t use if you’re trying to sleep. Nice terrace for morning coffee or evening star gazing. Make sure you purchase any food or coffee for your stay there is nothing there upon arrival.

Sewer smell is overwhelming.

Sewer smell in kitchen, living room, dining room and at entry is overwhelming. We spent as little time as possible in unit. Claims of view from deck and to Duomo were, at best, overstated.

The apartment is lovely and had everything we needed. The location is close enough to the city center to walk, yet away from the crowds. We highly recommend and will stay again next time in Florence if they will have us. Thanks
