Really love this hotel, modern, clean and close to everything. The room is very big and everything is very clean and up to date. It’s not typical hotel where there is reception after certain hour and also on Sunday. I was little but worry at the beginning but everything works out fine.

It made our stay in Firenze perfect. The room is spacious, clean and having kitchen with almost everything we need to cook. The staff was very kind, helpful and responded immediately when we have contacted. We will definitely stay here if we come to Firenze again.

The apartment is nice. There is no 24hour reception. It is central to most things. There is no onsite parking and it costs 25 Euros per nite.

Dear Shena, thank you for your review. On site parking in the city center are very very unusual, but the parking spot is 10 m away from us, almost and on site parking :-). 25/day is a very good rate for Florence where parking spots start from 35/day. Parking rates are advertised on this website, so that you know them in advance and you can decide whether to stay in the city center or outside, where parking lots are cheaper (from 20/day). As advertised, there's n o 24 hrs reception, but our staff is available 24 hrs on call or Whatsapp chat. We DO ALWAYS reply! Hope to have you with us next time you will be in Florence. Warm regards,

Property was nicely appointed, staff very helpful. Large aparment. Note: if having them do laundry they will not seperate whites and colors, you will need to do that yourself in two seperate bags. Also is in the ZTL/LTZ (GOOGLE IT!) as are most historical areas in Italy.

今回二回目の宿泊です。前回泊まった同じ部屋をとリクエストしました。 駅から荷物を下げて行くには石畳が大変でタクシーを使いました。フィレンツェは一方通行が多くて駅から近いのですがそれなりの金額になりますが、あの道路を荷物を持って歩くことに比べたら楽ですね。 オーナーはとても感じの良い方です。 美味しいレストランも教えてもらいました。 やっぱり地元の人に教えてもらうのが一番ですね。とても満足したお店でした。 ありがとう、また伺います。

絶対にここにすべきです
フィレンツェの駅からはそんなにわかりにくくもなく、遅い時間のチェックインでしたが問題ありませんでした。ですが、フィレンツェの道が狭くガタガタしているので、大きいスーツケースなどを持ってると大変かもしれません。ホテルの方もとても親切で次の日の観光のバス時間など調べてわざわざ部屋まで届けてくれました。 部屋もとても綺麗で清潔でした！リビングと寝室が分かれているので、自分一人の時間を作ることもできました！ ずっといたいと感じるほどとてもいいホテルでした！絶対フィレンツェ行ったときはまた泊まります！

Great location & sooooo comfortable
It was a pleasure to stay 10 nights at Residence Hilda. The apartment was cleaned so well everyday and the apartment itself was lovely. Florence is relatively small and the location of the hotel was ideal to see the sights on foot. If we were to return to Florence, we would for sure do our best to stay again at Residence Hilda.

Fantastic experience from start to finish
We had a wonderful stay at Residence Hilda. The staff is awesome. Everyone was incredibly nice, helpful and professional. We mostly worked with Marzanna and Valentina, but Gabriel also helped us. They arranged guides, no line tickets (on short notice!), taxis, parking for our car, and gave us terrific restaurant recommendations. They also allowed us to check out a bit late (and stored our things) as we had an event in the afternoon in the city before leaving for the airport. The suite was spotlessly clean and furnished with everything one would expect at a high end hotel including robes, slippers and toiletry amenities. Plus, the air conditioning worked very well, which was important as it was more than 90 degrees while we were there. Also, the wifi worked perfectly. The location is fantastic. It is less than 5 min walk to the Duomo, a few minutes to the Accademia and also walking distance to the Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, and many other churches and areas of town with great restaurants. All this, and the property is very quiet. It is on a small one way street that gets almost no traffic. Honestly, we have rarely had a property exceed our expectations like this. Thank you so much to everyone at Residence Hilda for making our stay in Florence so delightful, comfortable and easy!

到着が遅く深夜になりましたがチェックインもできおまけにへやをアップグレードしていただき、ありがとうございました。 宿泊前もリクエストや質問のメールの返信もはやく助かりました。 8日の滞在でしたが、部屋も広く清潔でストレスなく過ごせました。 次回も是非利用したいと思うアパートメントホテルです。 深夜到着ホテルに依頼のリムジンTAXIはベンツの小型ワゴン車で50ユーロ、帰りはTAXIで荷物2つで24ユーロくらいでした。

This property was in a great location, very clean and we loved the layout of our deluxe suite. We traveled with our son and he used the pull out sofa in the living room. There was also a kitchenette and table with seating for four. The bathroom and main bedroom were spacious as well. This property had a lift. We could walk 12-15 min to the train station and the hotel will call a taxi or private car for you when needed. The front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. We definitely would stay there again. We also felt very safe walking around at night. The only downside was that our room was street side and noisy some evenings. We brought earplugs and loved the location so that didn’t bother us too much. The beds and pillows were pretty firm, and we like them softer, but overall Residence Hilda was a great place to stay for the week and we would stay again.

It was well-equipped and well-controlled, but it was a little hard because of the smell of cigarettes. I couldn't use the laundry room right in front of residence because it was closed, and I had a hard time because it was noisy outside instead of in a good location. The staff was kind.

Dear Guests, thank you for your review! I am sorry about the smell of cigarettes, our Suites are non-smoking but Guest are allowed to smoke in the external private court and smoke can occasionally get in if the door of the patio (or the windows of the Suites) are left open. Unfortunately the laundry across the street is closed, but it is not ours, so it doen't depend on us... we do offer a loundry service though. I am sorry you didn't appreciate the location right near the Duomo in the city center, that might be sometimes noisy because of the high number of tourists visiting Florence. We have double glazed windows that lower the noise from the outside, in this case we always suggest also to close the external shutters to have a better sound insulation. Best regards!

Best in Florence!
Fantastic hotel on best location in Florence. Big, clean and brigth rooms. Great kitchen with everything you need. Love the small extra things like candels, candy, coffee and water in the fridge. The hotel is located 2 -10 minutes to everything. Nice staff. The only thing I did miss was some english tv-channels that was not newschanels. I will never stay somewere else when im in Florence.
