We arrived at the property at noon .the door was closed ,there is no reception. I texted through hotels.com messenger, they said the check in at 3:00 pm .i asked if we can drop our luggages ,their answer was a place far about 10 minutes by walk with luggages in the sun .we preferred to find a restaurant near by to spent the 3 hours there . Ww kept ordering foods and drinks and paid 64 euro for that . Around 2 pm i received the instructions of check in to the property. It was just a maze or a puzzle .we should go to the property and call international phone number(what if don't have cellphone or acces the international calls ),the call rejceted and the door opened . Up to the 2nd floor put another code for the floor enterance ,go towards the room, put another code on locker to have the keys . We reached the room very tired and stressed. Our ages are above the 50 ,it was difficult for us .

Very good location. Very little lift wherever barely a large suitcase fits in. Overall the building is not renovated. It was a bad smell once you open the door to the corridor with the rooms. The pictures on the website don’t reflect the reality.. I’m somehow disappointed!

DON’T RECOMMEND!!

You have to check in 24 hours in advance and pay taxes to get phone number to call once you arrive at hotel (questionable). Once you call, you then have to enter a foyer, then hit a button to go through a metal gate, walk three flights of steps with luggage (even though there’s a tiny elevator). We arrive and the code doesn’t work to get us into room. Mind you check out is at 10:30 and check in is 3:30. We did arrive at 3:00 hoping to put our luggage in room and explore the city. There’s no receptionist, so another international call had to be made. About 10 minutes of sitting in the hot stairwell, a young lady comes up and has a spray bottle to clean bathroom and one cloth to clean the room. I wanted to make sure the room would have new sheets placed on the bed. There was no mattress cover on the bed, the bed was very hard and made by IKEA if that tells you anything. She knew no English and someone else come up to assist and translate. At this point it was 3:25 and she kindly (hmm) let us leave the luggage in room and she gave us keys and told us it would be clean, but I wasn't feeling too safe after I had 150 euros stolen at the train station in Venice before traveling to Florence leaving luggage behind, but I took a chance. Nothing was missing. When we arrived back to our room we had two flat sheets on the bed and two flat pillows. There was a comforter/spread thrown in the closet which had not been washed. I used towels as blankets. Only good thing was the AC worked.

Le check-in a effectué en ligne est tres bien expliqué. Les echanges rapides et agréables avec les gérants via WhatsApp. L'appartement est très calme, joli, propre et très bien situé.

Meget sentralt - passer fint for korte besøk

Det var mitt klønete med innsjekk på dette stedet, da adressen oppgitt kun var til rommet, og ikke hvor man hentet nøkkelen. Til deres forsvar stod det at man skulle kontakte de før ankomst, noe vi gikk glipp av. Telefonnr var forøvrig oppgitt uten landskode, så det var litt frem og tilbake før det ordnet seg. Innsjekk gikk da kjapt, nøkkel måtte hentes ca 5 min unna. Rom og bad helt ok, men hadde gjort seg med et kjøleskap. Da måtte man også endret reglene om at det ikke er lov å spise på rommet… Man kunne få ekstra håndkle og dopapir ved inngangen, men ingen rengjøring på fire dager. Rommet er forøvrig helt ypperlig om man kun skal sove et par netter i byen og få mest mulig ut av oppholdet. Supersentralt.

Nice room to stay in, however there were no option to change sheets. The shower door was broken and had faulty pressure. The area is very close to the centre. However very noisy at night. Modern decorations just wish there was an option for room service and better cleanliness
