The apartment is a lovely two-room apartment (30 m2) which is extremely bright, well maintained, and updated with a small terrace overlooking the Florentine gardens and hills.
The location is central for those who want to discover and visit all the wonders the city of Florence has to offer. You are walking distance from every tourist attraction: Ponte Vecchio, Duomo and Pitti Palace. Piazza Signoria and Piazza Santa Croce are less than 1.5 km away as well.

The recently renovated apartment is located on the third floor (there is no elevator / 52 steps) of a historic building in the charming and trendy district of Oltrarno in Florence. The apartment includes all the comforts of: sheets / linens, towels, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, flat screen TV, WIFI internet, air conditioning and an iron.

The apartment close to the train station (Santa Maria Novella), which is 1 km by foot or can be comfortably reached in 7-10 minutes by public transport (lines D, 6,36,37).

Bright clean charming

We stayed for six days, and we were very comfortable. It is a bright apartment with a lovely view being on the top floor. It’s small but clean and practical. Niccolo was very helpful and promptly responded to our questions with kindness. We had a memorable stay in Florence.
