Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
We were disappointed with our stay. Upon arrival, we were informed of a boiler issue affecting the property. However, instead of the full apartment we had booked, we were moved to a significantly smaller unit that did not match the photos shown at the time of reservation. The space was colder, smaller, had multiple stairs, and felt very different from what we expected based on the listing. The heating issue was not resolved during our stay, and we spent the two nights there Communication was limited, and we did not feel there was much follow-up regarding our comfort. Additionally, there was no formal checkout process, and luggage storage was not available after checkout, which made departure less convenient. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations.
