    We can’t imagine a better place and location to stay in Florence. Everything is within minutes by walking. The apartment is well maintained and furnished. We will definitely try to stay here again if lucky enough to visit Florence in the future.

    Came for 5 nights to attend my son’s wedding. We walked to the train station, to the church and reception without any problem. We loved the large rooms and used the washing machine and drying racks more than once. Host responded quickly to small issues. A note about Italy, bring paper towels and tissues! Thanks for the great experience!

    Likes: - large clean and nice apartment - well furnished and comfortable Dislikes: - no heating. Temperatures down to 45F (7C) at night. My wife got sick. Had to ask to switch heating on and then did not always heat at night - badly insulated apartment against noise and cold at night. Very noisy on front side until 3am almost every day. And noise restarts at 6am in morning.

    Great apartment for our two night stay in Florence. The entry and stairwell were in the process of being repainted that made coming and going a bit tricky but nothing major. I enjoyed people watching from the big open windows over looking the street.

    We reserved this apt based on pictures, description of apt & amenities and location. Upon check-in, we discovered only the location was satisfactory. Brief description of apt deficiencies are: dirty and scuffed flooring, warped wood floor in kitchen (dangerous to walk on), no tv at check-in (tv installed several days later), no microwave, entire apt not so clean, terrace has no furniture (description states "enjoy a romantic dinner under the stars"). Not sure how to enjoy terrace without a table and chairs. Requested early check-out due to problems; host did not answer this request. Apt was not equipped for a 2 week stay. No coffee maker; a mocha pot instead. Stove top functional; however oven not clean enough to use. Apt did not resemble pictures. We would have never reserved this apt had we known poor condition. Host should have apt ready to occupy at check-in; not days later. Now host has removed listing so I cannot leave a review.

    L'appartamento è spazioso e collocato in posizione strategica per raggiungere comodamente a piedi tutte le mete turistiche che offre Firenze centro. Putroppo la pulizia lascia a desiderare così come la insonorizzazione delle camere soprattutto quella dove si trova il divano letto (la notte di halloween per gli schiamazzi in strada è stata un tormento). Fantastica la poltrona relax
