The balcony view of the Duomo was incredible. This apartment has everything we needed, and is clean and modern. The host responds very promptly, within a couple hours, to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend this!!

Beautful top floor apartment with everything you need. Gorgeous view of the dome from the terrace. 2 minute walking distance to the duomo. There are several stairs but good exercise after a delicious meal next door. Silvia was wonderful to communicate with.

Absolutely beautiful stay in the heart of Florence

Amazing apartment in central Florence

We stayed four nights in this amazing two floor apartment on a quiet but central street in Florence. Silvia was so quick to respond to any of our questions. It was also super quiet since it’s on a tiny side street.Very recommended!

Very good property with all the amenities and close to the Domo. Good collection of restaurants nearby along with Starbucks for anyone from the USA. Only issue is it is on the fourth floor so keep the luggage light.

Lovely Flat in a Great Location

We loved staying at Sylvia's flat. It was fully equipped with everything we requied and close to great restaurants and shopping. Our only issue was the amount of stairs which was an issue, especially for the luggage.

Beautiful spot near everything

Quiet spot with two rooms, lots of space and everything you need for a great stay. I was often surprised at what was available to me. Umbrellas to cafe in house. This is a perfect spot.

Everything was wonderful. Wifi, space, kitchen with everything needed. We loved the view from the terrace. Be warned of the more than 80 steps going up, because there is no lift/elevator. Other than that, just perfect!

Wonderful stay

Had a perfect time here with my husband. We stayed for a week. This location is walkable to all restaurants/train station/and all sightseeing activities. The place is very clean and it was nice having washer dryer available too. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you!!

This was a wonderful and cute apartment. I absolutely loved it. I will admit that climbing the steps was a bit of a challenge. But the condition and (most importantly) the location of the apartment more than makes up for the stairs. I would definitely love to stay here again.
