I liked this place. It was quiet, clean. Parking is in the street, we were able to park our car and did not move it for three days until we left for our tour of tuscany. We took taxis to the city center about $10 in the morning and $15 at night. Its only one floor but there are steps to reach the front door. I would stay here again.

DON’T STAY AT THIS PROPERTY ON WINTER!! The heater of this property has been controlled by the owner. The room is super cool and the owner off the additional heater. The car parking is not a designated for the property is a public car park.

Our stay was fine. The accommodation is adequate although it is really just a room with a basic breakfast provided, it isn't a hotel. The location is ok, not the nicest area and a good 25 minute walk to the main tourist areas. There is on street parking if available! The hosts Marco and Paulo, were very nice and Marco gave us lots of advice about were to visit etc.

Great location
Our host Marco was very generous with his time in suggesting sites to see. The suite was very spacious and had the most comfortable bed of our 2-week vacation.

Comfort in Florence
The owner Marco was extremely helpful. We missed arranging for a specific check-in time but Marco was very gracious and made special arrangements. He stored our luggage until the room was ready and gave us a lot of suggestions for things to see around Florence. He also stored our luggage the day we checked out so could spend the day sightseeing. Overall I highly recommend this as the place to stay in Florence.

Rude and scammer
The owner did not let us in, because we arrived later than he liked, apparently we had to be there before 5pm even though there was nothing stated otherwise. He then proceeded to yell on the phone and waste our time. He later sent a nice harassing email claiming we vandalized his property. All we did was ring the doorbell and knock on the door.... like any reasonable person would do. On a side note, there is a nice restaurant and bar called Girasol. Visit them for sure.

Homey hotel. Bth Marc Home away from home
Marco and Paolo made my stay so wonderful. Marco spent a lot of time with me giving me recommendations for sights and restaurants all if which were wonderful. Paolo's English not as good but he was warm and helpful and made wonderful coffee. It was a bit of a walk to the center but the safety and quietness of the neighborhood made up for that. Very clean and breakfast was fine.

The owners were fantastic.They were very helpful during our visit -- from telling us how to get around, where to eat, and what to visit. The room was much larger than expected and an amazing place to stay. I would definitely book this place again!

Overnight Stay in Florence
An overnight stay before travelling on to Rome, Marco was extremely helpful and told us the best way to get to the city centre and recommended a great restaurant, The only downside is the location is a little out of the way, but once we knew the best way it was about a 15 minute walk

This place at first felt like way outside of town but after the owner showed us a shortcut through the station it was actually less than 10 min walk. We actually walked passed it first time but as we looked a bit confused some lady helped us and told us where it was. The entrance is through the fenced green gate. The room was specious and nicely decorated. The owner was very helpful and advised us what should we see and where should we eat. In the morning we had a breakfast made by owners cousin and it was a good Italian breakfast. We do recommend this place.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
One of the worse experiences of my life. We arrived in Florence at 7 pm and needed to find a hotel for the night. we paid for the booking and went to the hotel. No one answered the door. After phoning the owner he said we must wait for 1 hour outside before we can enter as he had gone home. He was very rude, unhelpful and when we couldn't stay outside to wait for him he hung up the phone. we had to spend the night sleeping in a 24 hour mcdonalds. Please beware. Do not book with this hotel!!!

A wonderful place to stay...
We had a wonderful stay. The place is clean, tidy and nicely decorated. Marco, the host, is kind, friendly, helpful and accommodating so as his cousin Paolo, who prepared our breakfast every morrning. Our room was spacious with a small balcony and comfortable bed. It's 5-10 min walk from the train station, depending on the pace. Overall, I would recommend this place!

Amazing Apartment!
Both Carmen & her husband welcomed us to an exquisite apartment. It was so perfect for the 4 of us, Kitchenette area to cook breakfast, all essentials and more! 10 minutes to Termini train. Amazing! Grab it if your looking for a spot in Rome!

Marco is incredibly wonderful in helping you get around Florence. he helped us a lot by recommending places to eat, things to see, etc. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the bathroom is new it seems. but.. I feel there is some false advertising going on.. in absolutely no way, shape, or form are the rooms soundproof. in no way. you can hear the other occupants talking in their rooms, with doors closed. you can hear footsteps in the entire b&b. you will hear people in the surrounding apartments speaking to each other in your room, the street traffic, the trains arriving and leaving the station, breakfast being made, and most certainly the garage door closing.. this one had me jump out of my skin whilst trying to sleep.. terrible way to wake. it sounds like an entire trolley of glass falling over.. and never just once when it happens, it seems. everything is wonderful.. really. but as a quiet person who is hyper aware of staying hush so as not to disturb others, this place had me keep myself to a whisper, and feel guilty for having to flush the toilet or use the sink after dark.. I feel a bit sad to leave this review, but the fact that there is something that says sound proof is completely and utterly false. if it did not say this, I would gloss over it, but it is false advertisement, despite *everything* else being a total plus at the place.

Great B&B, very clean and quality much better than expected. Marco and Paulo very helpfull. Very modern rooms and incredibly clean. Only criticism would be location, a bit of a walk to any where, but when you consider the quality of the accomadation it is a very small price to pay. Would definitely recommend.

Exceeding expectations
I didn't expect much for the price I paid, therefore I was positively surprised when I arrived in the hotel. The room was really big and perfectly clean with a newly refurbished bathroom. The manager of the hotel was quite helpful and flexible with the breakfast and other inquiries. The hotel is max 10 min walk from the railway station but please remember to get the instructions from the hotel manager after you book a room if you are planning to walk to the hotel for the first time because I took the wrong and very long way.

Brilliant customer service
We enjoyed our stay at Atelier Cosseria and would recommend to anyone. Marco and his cousin (whom we only saw at breakfast) were very helpful and friendly. As a mature couple:) we did find the 15 minute walk to the city a bit tiring especially as some of it, is up a fairly steep hill however if you're up to it then it's not a problem. We missed not being able to make a cup of tea or coffee in the room and breakfast was pretty basic. All in all we enjoyed staying here and overall really good value for money.

Pleasant B&B reasonably close to historic centre
Arrived late but made very welcome by our host. No nearby restaurants so had to walk back to station precinct for a meal. But this was not a big issue. A very good breakfast each day . Made an excellent base from which to explore Florence and surrounds.

Fantastic place run by fantastic people
Had a great stay at Atelier Cosseria. It is a 5mins walk from the SMN station located in a peaceful residential area. The rooms are big and spotless clean. The breakfast prepared by Paulo is delicious. I must mention Marco who showed us the way around Florence and went out of the way to help my wife with her tooth ache. As a young couple we felt at home. Thank you Paulo and Marco. God bless you.

The room is clean and comfortable. The wifi comes and goes all the time. The breakfast consists of 1 kind of cereal, yougurt and dry bread with jams,.also fresh fruit and coffee. Other than breakfast there is no place at the hotel to get coffee or anything else, but a few blocks away is a small store. Good place for a short stay.

Great hospitality
This was a great B&B. The hospitality from Marco & Paulo was fantastic. Marco speant at least a half an hour with us when we arrived explaining the local tourist spots. Both Marco and Paulo made phone bookings for us so we didn't have any troubles on the phone. Marco's breakfasts were the best on our entire month away. They even had complimentary wine for guests later in the day. What a great stay.

Atelier Cosseria - well worth a look!
We spent 2 nights at Atelier Cosseria, and were very happy. The hotel has just opened and only has 5 rooms. It was spotless and was the largest room we had on our vacation. Marco, the owner, was very helpful. He provided us with maps, booked us into the Uffizi, suggested restaurants (good choices!), and spent a lot of time making sure we knew what the "must see" things were in Florence. Breakfast was not part of our booking, but when I enquired was told that it was not a problem - no additional charge. We thought that the breakfast was very good considering the property has no restaurant. If you decide to book, and are walking from the train station, make sure to contact the owner to get directions. With good directions it is a 10 - 15 minute easy walk. The only downside to this property was that from the train station it is away from the major sights of Florence. Wasn't a problem for us, but could be for some. Surrounding neighbourhood was quiet and seemed safe at night.

Unser Zimmer war sehr hellhörig; man konnte die Unterhaltung aus der benachbarten Wohnung von nebenan verstehen, sogar die einzelnen Worte. Der Fernseher war auch sehr laut bis ca. 0:00 Uhr. Das Frühstück was typisch für ein B&B, Kaffee war aber nur von 8:30 bis ca. 9:30 verfügbar, es gab sonst keine Möglichkeit sich Kaffee zu machen. Zahlen konnten wir nur in bar (Übernachtung Tourismustax). Als Quittung eine Mail ohne Nennung der Summe! Parkplätze auf der Straße. Marco, der uns empfangen hatte, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Bien si vous êtes un lève tôt (bruit de 7 à 8h)
Arrivée avec l’hôte très bien. Ponctuel et donne de bons conseils de restaurants. L'appartement est très agréable, la chambre spacieuse. Le problème est que rien n'est insonorisé. Les voisins du dessus qui traînent leur meubles sur le sol; les voisins, les motos et voitures qui partent du parking sous la fenêtres. Bruit de 7 à 8h. Exceptionnellement durant notre séjour, des travaux avaient lieu sur le parking. Impossible de se reposer.

Einfach und spartanisch eingerichtetes Zimmer, sehr freundliche Betreuung, Zimmer sauber und zweckmäßig. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, mit Bus Nr 20, Abfahrt gleich um die Ecke, noch einfacher. Parkplatz an der Straße vorhanden, ruhige Wohngegend.

À deux pas du centre historique.
Situé à deux pas du centre historique et de la gare de Florence vous êtes reçu avec gentillesse par votre hôte. Les chambres sont spacieuses et climatisées ce qui n'est pas un luxe vu les températures que vous pouvez avoir à Florence. Le parking gratuit et en réalité le stationnement dans la rue. Si vous venez en moto comme moi n'hésitez pas à réclamer la clé d'un garage ouvert qui vous permet de mettre votre moto en sécurité durant votre séjour.

Le gérant des lieux est très accueillant et parle très bien français et anglais. La chambre était nickel à notre retour de ballade à Florence. Très proche de la vieille ville sans être complètement dans le centre. Rue calme. Déco originale.

Hemos pasado dos noches en el Atelier Cosseria. Nuestra estancia ha sido muy agradable. La habitación era muy grande y todo estaba muy limpio. La localización muy buena, a apenas diez minutos a pie del centro histórico.
