Floridia is a small but charming town with a population of approximately 23,000, located about 12 km from Syracuse and about 20 km from Fontane Bianche, one of the most famous seaside resorts in the Syracuse province. Its geographical location is extremely convenient for visiting various places of tourist interest, such as the Pantalica Nature Reserve, Palazzolo Acreide, Buscemi, and Sortino. This characterful house was built in 1924 and completely renovated in 2023. Situated in the heart of Floridia, it is almost unique in the town, as it boasts a beautiful and spacious courtyard with a small above-ground pool.
