"Cell service is very spotty. There is WiFi but even so there is a landline to use for calls due to the spotty wifi. We weren’t there to be on our phones so it was great to unplug. Very quiet we slept wonderfully the bed is comfy. My husband is 6’2 so once at the top of the loft he had to crawl on his knees he was fine with it, Just thought I would share for reference. "Communication and overall process was rough due to transitioning between clsystems. Our initial room wasn't what we expected. The room smelled terribly of marijiana and the AC unit was making a terrible noise. The on sight manager immediately moved us to a different cabin that was incredible and he took excellent care of us. So it was rough 48 hours-check in. But once on site and moved, we were incredibly satisfied with our stay. "
