「Wasn't ready when we got there. She wouldn't answer any text messages. She had laundry in the washer and dryer all week. Reminded her several times and she said she would take care of them. Never did, we ended up doing them for her so we could do our one complimentary wash/dry. None of the doors would close all the way. Couldn't even lock the main door when we left during the day. You could hear them walking (running) upstairs all day and night. She just adopted a 2 1/2 yr old and he ran up and...

「We liked the décor and the general cleanliness of the place, as well as the quiet neighborhood – we saw a deer twice. Someone put a lot of effort into decorating the space. We did have problems with the air conditioning and refrigerator, but texting with Kaitlyn found a temporary solution; a technician later replaced one of the two AC units. We would consider staying here again, but maybe not when Colorado was experiencing record high temperatures.」

「Contacting the host was very easy, they replied very fast. It was street parking so it was kind of a hassle with kids. The AC was loud and towels had stains in them. The lights are flickery and porch lights don't work. It was very close to a lot of attractions though, 15-20 minute drive.」
