The villa really is very beautiful and extremely comfortable with the usual mod cons and wifi etc. The swimming pool is excellent. This is by far the best house we ever rented in Italy !!!

Fantastic Tuscany Villa

It is a perfect location for traveling to the many beautiful Tuscan towns including Firenze, Arezzo and Siena where we enjoyed a lovely day. Our only regret was that we could not spend more time at this special place. We had a truly magical holiday. I couldn't recommend it more highly !

Great property

Our stay at Villa Joy was just perfect. This villa has every amenity you could ask for. A very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms and plentiful baths. The pool was clean and there were plenty of sun loungers around it. The table tennis table and equipment were a bonus. The villa has a great wood oven!!! This place is a great starting point to visit all the treasures of South Tuscany, a place to keep in mind, a place to come back...

Dream house !!

The villa and property are just as beautiful as the pictures, and the kitchen was well equipped for family dinners. We are looking forward to returning soon!
