Although the apartment boasts a convenient and central location, it is particularly quiet and easily accessible by car as it does not fall within a restricted traffic zone.
Within a radius of 50 meters you can find what you need for a comfortable stay: supermarket, pharmacy, bar, post office, bank and various commercial activities. A little further away are the Railway Station, the Gonzaga Barracks and free parking. If desired, it is possible to park for a fee near the apartment.

Three-room apartment on the fifth floor, comfortable, bright and panoramic.
Entering the apartment we find the living room with fireplace, complete with sofa bed, table with chairs, bookcase and TV.
This room has access to the balcony from where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the city.
The adjoining kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes, tableware and cooking basics (oil, salt, sugar and coffee).

Sleeping Area
Consists of bedroom with double bed, bedroom with single bed. Bathroom equipped with bathtub/shower, bidet and guest toiletries.

Amenities
The apartment is equipped with Wi fi, television. There are also hair dryer, towels and bed linen, courtesy line for the duration of your stay. The house remains completely at your disposal. We are pleased to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for business or pleasure.
