Was dissatisfied that you no longer accepted cash I’m 68 and don’t use a card I had to use my savings card surely it should be optional 😩😩 therefore it restricted 🚫 what I could buy 😳😳 when we arrived we were given a room number 0140 and in the bathroom there was puddles and mould on the floor I went downstairs and explained to David who PROMPTLY found us another room 259 it was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds I didn’t want to use my card so I was restricted we were made very welcome the breakfast was hot and tasty the Sunday lunch was beef or gammon thats day I had the beef it was so so tasty and the vegetables were cooked perfectly and the staff were polite and we enjoyed our stay there was lots to do around the area and the Harbour Arm was brilliant and the local pubs were very welcoming and not overpriced 😁😁😁 and ACCEPTED CASH

The rooms were very basic, very few plug sockets (one didn't work) and no shelf in the bathroom for toothbrushes or other small items. Also not enough car parking spaces for such a large hotel. Paying guests should not have to pay to park even more so if they have disabled person's parking badges.

Not the greatest of places despite recent renovations. No hot water on the bath, and the cold was a drip. Rooms Old and dated. Lifts slow thankfully I was on the 2nd floor and didn’t have to wait an eternity for them in the ever increasing crowds at the lobby. Did have to walk pass a pile of faeces however on the stairs which was a new experience

This should not be even open as a hotel. It’s an utter disgrace. You can forgive if a property is old and in need of some repair here and there but this was not even clean. Dust on sideboards and other areas, cob and dust webs everywhere , carpet looked and felt unhygienic, mattress wasn’t worth the name; more springs than actual mattress. Probably the most uncomfortable sleep in a very long time. No amenities in the bathroom other than a bar of soap, bathroom fan extremely loud and so was the shower. I felt almost embarrassed using the bathroom in fear of waking other guests up. Cardboard walls, the lady next to me felt the need to watch a mass (not kidding) until 3am in the morning. Staff was polite but not particularly engaging or warm.

Extremely tired decoration, pictures on site do not give proper reflection of property. Very slow check in service. Certainly overpriced for what is offered. Requested quiet room but had generator outside room which kept us awake all night. Terrible stay.

I come here on the weekend I did my check in I payed £177 And when I come to my room the room wasn’t clean yet pls sheet old stuf from previous gest I booked premier room with balcony and I get just a normal room When I went to reception the guy was saying your booking is standard to get balcony you have to pay extra 177 a day isn’t enough lol Kindly have a look for this case pls

Absolutely disgusting place staff are useless and not efficient the whole hotel is a shambles it was that bad I even had to apologize to my dog for making him stay in this dirty outdated hotel the clientele that this place attracts speaks volumes and anyone giving good reviews are fake reviews there is nothing good about this place the only good thing is when you check out .!
