Great house!

This is our second stay at this property. Some upgrades were noticed! Still have a slow sink in the upstairs bathroom but overall you can’t beat this place. Right on the beach!

Fabulous week at the shore!

We had the best time here. The spaces all worked so well for us. Every bed room had its own outdoor space. The view was spectacular. All the furnishings were comfortable and well maintained. The table was huge and perfect for puzzles. We loved the distance to town and walked for all our meals. Thanks for a great week!

Wonderful place to escape to and enjoy the beach!

We loved staying at this house. The location was great, not too far from town but far enough to be away from the crowds. Wonderful desks at the house to sit out and enjoy the ocean. Plenty of space and many of the furnishings were nice quality. Struggled with the checkin process as we never received an email with the details and a call to the property management company did not result in the info. We had to call Vrbo and they called the property management company.

We were very pleased with this beach rental. Our family uses VRBO often and this rental is one of our favorite listings. The beach house was clean and had almost every amenity you could possibly need. The kitchen was well stocked, the starter products (toilet paper, dishwashing soap, shampoo and soap, etc) were more than plenty for our 3 day stay. The check in and check out procedures were easy to follow. We had 6 adults and 5 children and the home had plenty of room for everyone. You will not be disappointed with this beach house rental. Highly recommend.

We stayed a week with family, 5 adults and 2 children.It was great! Rooms all nice and spacious and bathrooms were too. The only thing I would change is the porch and bridge leading to the beach. The wood was getting kind of old (as I’m sure it all does with the salt air) enjoyed our week so much!

Location, location!!!

Wonderful stay on Folley beach. House was clean an comfortable. Bathrooms a bit dated (1980's) but only matters if you care about such things. Direct access to beach is excellent for taking a dip in the sea anytime. Board walk to beach over due for a rehab could use a bit of refurb, be careful of exposed screws. Screened in porches could use a bit of TLC for detached screens. Overall a fantastic spave for a beach vacation!

July 4th Family Vacation

Great property and location for a family vacation. Incredible non-stop views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Family room and kitchen excellent for family gatherings. Bedrooms, sleeping spaces, and bathrooms set up very nicely for comfort and flexibility. Loved being able to have short walk from the back porch to the ocean for a swim or corn hole game, and then easily return to relax and soak in the sun with the family on the 3 different porches.

Torn Screens and Broke AC

Upon arrival immediately noticed all the screens on the multiple porch areas were torn. Property blamed passing Hurricane for damages however no other property in the same stretch displayed any similar damage. AC unit did not function correctly the entire stay, and seemed to completely stop working the evening before our departure.

Beautiful ocean views from all rooms of the house! The kitchen was very well stocked. We loved having a separate ice machine. All beds were comfortable and plenty of bath towels were provided. The porch and balconies were really nice. We loved the house & hope to return.
