With a perfect location on the beach, this home is managed by incredibly thoughtful owners! Welcomed with a basket packed with delicious treats and a kind note from the owner listing favorite activities, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. This home is well-stocked with blankets, beach towels, and kitchen items. We did not need a thing! The owners even decorated for Christmas with a tree and cheery wreaths on the porch! A family Christmas to remember! Many thanks to the owners who shared their slice of heaven with us!

Wonderful beach house. Floor to ceiling windows in the living and dining areas of the house offered amazing views of the ocean. The house also had a great wrap around deck with nice rocking chairs/ outdoor furniture. We were able to watch the sunrise and sunset from the living room and back porch. Very well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Would absolutely stay here again. Our family loved our visit to Folly Beach and the house.

We loved the location of this house! It was far enough away from the bustle of “town” but just a short golf cart ride away. Very peaceful right next to the nature preserve. Wonderful time!

The location was perfect, right on the beach. The house was very clean and well stocked. There were 10 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor shower was great for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The views were absolutely amazing!

This place is amazing. It is the best location I've ever seen. Because worth the end of the beach it's not as crowded. The views are magnificent. We saw dolphin daily, we chartered someone to come out and fish from the shore with us and we caught a lemon shark that was 8'7", we played in the water we relaxed. It was just the perfect vacation and the spot had a lot to do with that. We loved it.

Our own little beach paradise in this beautiful home. Special touches made it welcoming!! Steps to the sand ! Open bedroom sliding door to beautiful views and sounds of the waves put you to sleep at night ! Only regret is we event able to stay longer !

This property was awesome. The views were breath taking. Everything you needed was there. We were welcomed with a beautiful card and basket of snacks. It was fun having the house to ourselves. We slept upstairs and listened to the ocean every night. What a dream to be able to relax and refresh in this gem of a property. Can’t wait to come back:)

My wife, our three kids, my mother-in-law, and I could not have been happier with our stay on the edge of the edge. The privacy, seclusion, and view cannot be beaten! The house was beautiful, spotless, and one of the best stocked VRBOs we have ever stayed in (welcome basket, note with local recommendations, extra towels, spices, medical kit, etc.). I cannot imagine staying anywhere else the next time we are in Folly Beach!

This house was a dream come true! The comfort of the home and the beauty of the beach was second to none. An unplanned joy was the beautiful full moon that lit the ocean with silver light. It was a bucket list for us to spend a few nights on the ocean- check.

The house and beach were spectacular. There is no reason to leave the property, and for many reasons wish we hadn’t. The host was kind and gracious and checked in immediately when there was a concern about the AC. This response was greatly appreciated! Beautiful home!

Outstanding view and location... felt as if we were on a private beach. Everything we needed was there... and if we did have a problem you were right there to help fix or replace the item. Also appreciate the care we felt when checking on our mother! Gladly come there again and share our thoughts with everybody else! Thank you so much again for everything!

This house was such a nice quiet retreat on Folly, which can be a bit hectic closer to the center of the island. We loved how very private the beach was and the absolute gorgeous view from inside the home and its covered back porch facing the ocean. There isn't much shade on the back porch but it was enough for 2or 3 of us to be in the shade during mid day and then of course, mornings and evenings were perfect out there!! The upper deck was gorgeous in the late evening sunset hours!! We had 10 family members and there was plenty of room. Only 1 queen bed so it was a tight squeeze in the other room which was listed as Queen but in fact is a double bed. My husband and I made do and the absolute breathtaking view and location of this house made up for the small bed. (owner may want to get a Q later down the road - plenty of room for the larger bed) The kitchen was well stocked , minus a stock pot which we went out to buy for a shrimp boil we had planned. We cooked all meals but 2, in. The decor was really pretty and the home was perfectly clean! The fact that there were so many twin beds was really nice as we had more individuals, rather than couples. This house is a gem on the island - the owners have a really really nice spot on the coast and we appreciate them opening it up to us!!! We have stayed in 4 different houses on the island and it was my favorite!!!! The Views and the Peace!!!

We had a great time at Folly Beach. It was fantastic to be right on the beach and the house was perfect for our group. We loved walking the beach at low tide and finding treasures. It was great being at the end of the island. Would definitely stay again!

The property had everything we needed. The home was clean. We loved all the special touches the owners did to make us feel welcome...including leaving a handwritten card with some of their favorite things to do and places to eat. Great location on the beach. We had no issues with the property and look forward to staying here again!

We had the best time at this house, it was a perfect place for a multi family vacation with little kids. The location is HARD to beat on the island, it feels like you have the beach to yourself most of the time. Its a short walk on the beach to have beautiful views of the Morris lighthouse. It’s quiet but still a short car or golf cart ride to all the restaurants and shops. The house was well equipped and clean! You will not be disappointed with this house!!
