Beautiful home but has black mold

The home was beautiful, check in was a breeze. Spectacular view and the beach was wonderful! Just was1complaint black mold in 2 of the bedrooms. We decided not to use rooms made sure the a/c stayed on. Hope it gets fixed! location they locathopetjetjeowners/pro

Agree with Kelly H regarding the mold (July 2024 review)

The best thing is the view. All the upstairs carpets are torn, stained and have black mold. I called Carolina One several times and had the property manager visit. He told me he has never had a complaint like mine--I see Kelly H had the same findings. The hardwoods on the 1st floor were so worn they did not need to be sanded in order to be refinished-look closely at the online pix. The sofas were visibly stained and disgusting and had caked food on them. Very disappointing accommodations.

Almost perfect.

It was almost perfect. The only complaint is that the bedroom that the pictures show with 2 twin beds now has 2 toddler sized bunk beds. This did not work with our teen kids. No one was able to fit in those beds. We made it work but would have liked to have known the bed situation before we booked. Other than that it was great!
