The Sanctuary on Folly Beach features luxurious oceanfront living, large bedrooms, 2 living room areas and several dining area options. Floor to ceiling windows open the home to lots of sunlight and ocean views from multiple rooms of the home. Full-length oceanfront covered porch and sun deck offer expansive views and relaxation feeling the sunshine and ocean breeze. Gather around the spacious grilling and outdoor dining area on the ground level patio. Private beach access has you directly into the sand and waves. Walk, ride or drive 0.5 miles to shops and restaurants.

A spiral staircase leads you up from the garage, opening directly into a space where commanding ocean views are the instant focal point. Relax in the main area on plush furnishings and rocking chairs, and gather for meals at the dining table for six. You can also spread out into the second ocean-view living space, which features an additional table for four, a Smart TV, and a comfortable pull-out sofa. Floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors open up to the full-length oceanfront porch where you can sit and enjoy the breeze and picturesque views with a cool beverage. Feel the warm sun on your skin when you lay out on the large, open sun deck. Head out onto the beach via your direct, private beach access from the sun deck. Fire pit, gas grill, plentiful outdoor seating & corn hole boards all available for outdoor enjoyment.

Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and updated appliances provide everything needed to easily cook and serve family meals. Dining area for 4 is adjoined to the kitchen to eat or play games in the evenings.

The primary king bedroom includes a full bathroom ensuite. Relax in privacy on the cozy sitting area and keep up with your favorite shows on the smart TV, creating your own getaway spot. Second and third bedrooms are on the opposite end of the home. Wake up to the waves in the oceanfront king bed with direct porch access. Across the hall is a bedroom with a twin bunk bed, an additional twin bed, and TV, perfect for the kids in the family.

All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier on Center Street, or find the local and tourist favorite Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy photo opps!

Parking for up to 4 vehicles is free in the driveway area. Fresh linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

Modern amenities make your vacation one of comfort and ease. Amenities include Wi-Fi, smart TVs, keyless entry, contactless check-in, central heat and A/C, full-size washing machine & dryer, gas grill, and modern appliances. Home is pet-friendly with a additional $150.00 + tax non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Maximum 2 dogs allowed. A starter supply of toiletries will be provided. Home is non-smoking. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home, regardless of sleeping or visiting. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
