Quiet, clean, and comfortable

My husband and I stayed here with our dog. We were very comfortable, greatly enjoyed the view from the back porch, and would happily stay here again. Just a couple houses down from a walk-out public beach access that was extremely convenient!

Spring Getaway

Great vacation spot! House had an amazing view, was close to everything that Folly had to offer. My only complaint was that the bathroom water temp was chilly. It wasn’t until the 3rd day that I figured out I could turn the water heater up easily.

Loved the vibes

Overall, beautiful week on Folly Beach except I forgot my fishing pole!!! I know I will never see it again. Everything was comfortable and cozy!

Great Location and Rental Home on Folly Beach

This rental home is like a home away from home! We loved all the decor, the towels, linens, and extras. Located across the street from the beach, it was perfect for walking the dog in the early morning. The bonus room downstairs has a fantastic hangout location and full bathroom, including a new shower install, for families to socialize. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog to stroll while we enjoyed the fire pit. We also loved to walk out to the marsh for crabing and fishing. Definitely our favorite place to stay on Folly Beach.

Great location, easy walk across to beach

This was a clean and cozy place, could walk across to beach (turn right out of driveway and walk to first little wooden pier because the beach access to the left is washed out currently. It’s just a minute little walk). We enjoyed having the marshland behind us and beach in front because we could hear the waves from the beach and also enjoy the sunset in the back at night- great starry nights on clear nights. It was clean, we were able to watch streaming channels like Hulu/Netflix on smart tv, and it was close drive to Center street with restaurants and shops. A very laid back, beachy vibe area, felt safe and was quiet. The only thing I would say is read the fine print about the spa- it does not come with your booking, it’s an extra cost of $350. Other than that, we loved our stay.

Hurricane Cut Short

The house was nice and clean. The kitchen could use more staples like aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and better chairs. The king bed in the single bedroom takes up the room and is so high, it is difficult to get in bed, no place to sit. The living room is small but cozy. The TV is too large considering the space to the couch. Furniture better designed for the space should be considered. The small front bathroom is a waste of space. The swim spa was really nice, as was the yard and marsh view.

Perfection

This property was perfect for our family of 4 and our Golden Retriever. The pictures on the website is exactly how we found it when we opened the door. Kitchen was stocked more than anticipated and there was a bonus room in the "garage." My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed drinking our coffee on the front porch each morning. Toby, our dog, loved the wrap around porch and fenced in backyard. We had dinner on the back deck each evening, enjoying the sunsets and playing games. The walk was short to the beach - pro tip, use the public beach access to the south of the property. The one across the street has been washed out.
