Welcome to Ocean Point Villas 201 on family-friendly Folly Beach. This spacious 3-bedroom and 3-bath corner condo has over 1,400 sq. feet of living pace. Modern, coastal-inspired décor and well stocked with all the comforts and amenities of home — makes it the perfect vacation getaway. Fantastic ocean views, easy beach access, and central but peaceful location will bring you back for years to come.

Upon entering, there are two spacious bedrooms on either side of the wide hallway. One bedroom features a queen bed, seating and a TV as well as access to a full bath. The other side is a kid-friendly bedroom comfortably sleeping four in a sturdy twin-over-full bunk bed with pull out twin trundle and access to the en-suite full bath. This room also has a bookshelf stocked with movies, books and games for family fun along with two bean bag chairs for extra seating.

The main hallway opens to the spacious kitchen with plenty of counter tops, new stainless steel appliances and all of the tools you'd expect in your own home. The dining table comfortably seats six (and eight when expanded) while the breakfast bar has additional seating to cover all your needs.

Continuing through the open-concept home, the living room features a comfortable sofa, loveseat with ottoman, and an armchair to enjoy a large new smart TV with a Blu-ray player and a Bluetooth-enabled sound bar – perfect for a movie night or listening to music. Or better yet, slide the patio door open to enjoy the best part of this great home – the sights and sounds of the ocean. Enjoy stunning ocean views and sounds from the extra-large private patio that features a large table with plenty of seating for outdoor dining or watching the kids play on the beach and the surfers catch a wave.

Next to the living room is the spacious master suite with access to the patio and beautiful ocean views of its own. The bedroom features a luxurious king bed, a wall-mounted smart TV, darkening drapes and a serene sitting nook. This nook contains a desk with a computer monitor for guests who need a more private workspace, away from the common areas. This desk only contains a monitor for guests to hook up their laptops. The large en-suite bathroom features dual sinks, large walk-in shower and an over-sized tub perfect for unwinding.

Sleep comfortably on new, high-quality mattresses and bedding in every room — the king, queen and full beds are all pillow-tops while the twin beds are memory foam. All bedrooms also have large closets as well as dressers for plenty of storage.

This condo has the modern conveniences of home – free high-speed internet, cable TV, washer/dryer, 2 assigned parking spaces, 24-hour emergency on-call staff, and all of the amenities to ensure a great vacation. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. Located in a quieter spot of central Folly Beach, you'll just be steps away from the beach, great restaurants, nightlife and shopping. Plus, it's just a short 20-minute drive to historic downtown Charleston where the world is your oyster. Home is non-smoking and non pet-friendly. **HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
