The condo is nice and clean, it was so nice that all 3 bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The signage for the building is a little hard to see, so we passed it and got a little turned around. Folly Beach is a really nice relaxing beach town. Has a small town feel.

Clean, beautiful apartment

Clean, easy check in process, great location close to the beach and shops. The balcony view isn’t great - you’re overlooking the back of some houses and can kinda see the marsh at the very side, but not really. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our rental and would definitely book again.

After Christmas getaway

Just what we needed for our stay after Christmas - unit was nice. Bathrooms could use an update and sofa is rather small. Overall it worked for us as we had family staying in a larger house on the beach

The condo was a perfect fit for our family! Spacious, clean, nicely appointed. We could walk into downtown Folly and the beach in minutes. We enjoyed our stay and would return to this place again! We loved hanging out on the screened in back porch in the mornings with coffee.

Great stay for the value

We had a wonderful stay at this condo and will definitely stay again. It was warm and welcoming when we arrived with music and tvs on. The location was ideal and plenty of towels etc. Just one small caveat. I think the listing title should be changed because it’s advertised as River and Marsh view in the listing but then goes on to explain that that there is no longer a view due to recent construction. We weren’t there for the view so for us it was perfect but I think it should be changed. A very short walk over the bridge and you are in downtown. Easy in and out being on first floor and parking was simple. The layout is fantastic. Three bedrooms and each has their own bath. The master bath is very large. Everything we needed was provided and the deck is great to hang out for breakfast or cocktail hour. Plenty of room. Nothing really negative to say just a few small things. The property doesn’t allow pets (bummer). Also,when I arrived I needed to iron clothes for an event the next day and the rental agency only operates during the day so my message at 6pm was answered next day. Had to borrow an iron. Also, I left message when I booked and nobody responded so I had to contact VRBO and get number for rental agency just to get a question answered. A few simple things could easily be addressed like batteries for the clock in kitchen and thermostat. Light over kitchen sink didn’t work. Master bath drain needs adjusting. Other than that it was ideal.

This place for perfect for our trip! Not right on the beach, but really close! Perfect location. Close, but not in the hustle and bustle of Folly Beach. Would recommend to anyone, and would also stay again!

The home was very comfortable and perfect for our group. Screened in deck was great and we enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and Folly Beach. I gave it a 4 because there was not an ample supply of toilet paper - something we would have expected from a vacation home.

Nice Folly condo

Very close to beach. So much easier to ride bikes or walk than fight with parking. Everything was clean and easy to access. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Location, Great Condo and Value

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Check in was a breeze and the condo was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The location was great, and we enjoyed our walks into town but also enjoyed being away from the busy downtown area. I loved having my coffee on the porch in the mornings enjoying the sun rise. Highly recommend this condo for your getaway to Folly.

Family Wedding on Folly

The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made it very easy to stay with relatives the week we were there for the wedding. The place looked exactly like the pictures shown and the kitchen was well stocked making it easy to cook (although we only made breakfast there, we were out for the rest of the meals.)The location was perfect and we will be staying there again in the future.
