“We booked a comfort room as the others weren’t available. The room is spotless, bed is comfortable, pillows are okay. But the comfort room is compact. The wardrobe is rather small. Not much of space to walk around. However the bathroom has large shower with great water pressure. I wouldn’t book Comfort room in the future. But it is very centrally located making it super convenient to stay in town center. The owner is super friendly and kind. She showed us a suit with a bath tub that is super……

“Nous avons passé un séjour remarquable dans cet hôtel idéalement situé au centre historique de Sienne. L’accueil a été tout simplement incroyable. Felizia mérite une mention spéciale : gracieuse, serviable et d’une efficacité impressionnante. Elle a monté ma valise jusqu’au 4ᵉ étage (sans ascenseur), et a même pris l’initiative d’aller au supermarché pour m’acheter des produits sans gluten et sans lactose, qu’elle a déposés discrètement dans la chambre. “This is a fair experience. This accomodation is an 8-room guesthouse -not a hotel in the traditional sense. It advertises as bed-and-breakfast but there is no breakfast. It’s main pro is its superb location, just few steps from Siena’s main square. Also, its manager is really customer oriented and tries his best to make you feel comfortable. Things to improve: its a/c doesn’t really cool due to room size and door/windows unsealed. The bathroom is extremely unsafe. Yet i recommend it for solo or……
