「My second stay at the Polaris was great just like before. From the front desk to the spa and from Pamela's and Doolies to the tour of the Aviator club. Fabulous stay at a beautiful property.」

「We had a good stay at the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. There was a weird smell when we first got there, I think it was cleaning chemicals. It was fine by the time we got back to the room after spending a few hours at main event. The breakfast and dinner was nice. Staff kept everything as clean as they could. We would definitely stay there again.」

The wifi wasn't working and when we called downstairs, no one answered for over thirty minutes. When we walked downstairs there were three people sitting at the front desk.
