「There was a blood stain on the floor. The room was doused in cleaner and was potent. Sheets were messy with hair/stains. Phone was dripping with chemicals.」

「We had two rooms. Both rooms were clean. On check-out day, when we went to our room to pack our things and check out after breakfast, we found the maid cleaning out our room, disposing of personal items such as unopened jarred food in a shopping bag as well as a set of eyeglasses, which we promptly retrieved from the trash. Rooms should not be serviced until there is confirmation that guests have checked out. Otherwise, everything was in order.」

Our room and the entire first floor of common areas were inviting, well-appointed, art-forward and yet commodious. Breakfast at Warda was “next level” and we appreciated having the vouchers for breakfast each day. Would recommend ALEO to anyone and would stay there again.」

「Todo estaba limpio el cuarto super como. Pero nose si hay habitaciones para fumadores tambien que se sentia olor a cigarrillo por todo el hotel. Al cuarto no le funcionaba el tv y nos enteramos el mismo dia . Aunque los empleados eran muy serviciales nadie hablaba español que es una falla porque podiamos a verle comentado lo del olor pero al no podernos comunicar bien con ellos no lo hicimos. De lo demas muy bien y para el costo fue excelente.」

「The cleanliness of the room was ok, and the staff was very nice. Property looked well maintained. But the key got stuck almost every time I entered the room, there was a huge draft that came through the door, the bed was hard, the pillows were super thin. But for the price, I can forgive that. But there was no hot water in the shower and the heating cooling unit either had it freezing cold or boiling hot, no in between. Not going back. 」
