“We were in the city for 5 days for my our sons wrestling tournament, it was so convenient to the airport and the venue. The room was so clean, the staff were so helpful and nice. The breakfast was on point. The area is very quiet, considering that it was next to the police station. ”

“Had airport shuttle pick me up and the woman never spoke, not one word! I said Hi, thank you- got no response, i commented on what a cute little van - no response, when we pulled up to the front of the hotel I said Thank you - no response. So rude. I know it was after 11pm but no excuse. The room (124) was clean but needs major repairs. Thought we were going to eat breakfast but chicken sausage and egg white thing and flavored waffle batter! Yuck. It was convenient to the airport that is the……

“Parking is very easy, carts are easily accessible and available for moving in and out! Ac works very well! Beds were comfortable. I have only one complaint…the toilet is very low! Being handicapped (recovering from 2messed up knee surgeries) I needed help getting down and getting up! All else acceded expectations!!”

“The staff were awesome—especially the ones working the breakfast buffet and the housekeeping staff. They were very friendly and kind. Those ladies were so patient with my daughters. Housekeeping kept our towels stocked and fresh. The girls absolutely loved the indoor pool. ”

“One of the rooms I had no ac one door wouldn’t lock everything of the sort everything was loose screws missing on the lock mechanism and adding to that the area just horrible adding the family dollar ”

“When i booked it online the pictures they had posted was photoshoped. The rooms was nothing like the photos, my room had black hair in bathroom floor upon arrival, no smoke detector in the room and the bathtub had mold around the caulking, inside bottom of tub was black, for the price they charge i was expecting at least for it to be clean. Even after they came in the next day to give us fresh towels, and take out trash the bathroom floor was NOT SWEEP, the long black hairs was still there.”

“The hotel and furniture looks outdated. It is in need of a severe upgrade. The cleanliness of our room was questionable and the carpet looked dingy. Our toilet had to be repaired. The elevator was out of commission for several hours. My husband is a heart patient. As a result of the elevator being repaired he was forced to walk up several flights of stairs to our room. I was also charged two different rates for our hotel stay. ”
