「The staff was helpful and the room was mostly clean. We came on a busy night so there were no parking spaces available. Noise from doors shutting in the hall was really loud.」

「The gentleman that greeted us was friendly and efficient. The room was very spacious and included a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and kitchenware. We only used the refrigerator, which was clean and working well. The room itself was a little dated and needed some minor maintenance including a loose toilet seat and showerhead replacement. The bathroom is large, but towels are a good 4 feet from the shower with no nearby hooks, which is inconvenient. Breakfast was adequate.」

「The hotel was nasty I never stayed at the hotel due to the tub not being clean, room itself looked like someone literally just come out of there right before they tried to put me in the room . trash still in the trash can , no trash bag ! No bad for the ice . pool closed , breakfast closed , nothing was working properly it was a scam ! I left and was supposed to get switched to a different room and they were supposed to change my room but got extremely rude !」

It would have help if when we told the person at the front desk to offer to comp some of the room considering this was something major for us.」

Pool also closes for children at 8 and is 21+ from 8-10 but they don't tell you that when you check in and clearly have children. Also they switched our room halfway through our stay from a room with a balcony to a room without one and no explanation as to why our room was changed halfway through the trip or why we could not stay in the same room we...

「DO NOT STAY HERE. Very disappointed with our experience. If you arrive after 10:00 p.m., be aware that the parking garage is closed and there is no front desk staff on duty. We had to find the after-hours entrance, and thankfully the overnight security guard was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, our room was another story. The room key didn’t work, there was no working key available for us, there was no hand soap, the floor was dirty, and we found hair, blood on a pillow, holes in the...
