「The staff were awesome—especially the ones working the breakfast buffet and the housekeeping staff. They were very friendly and kind. Those ladies were so patient with my daughters. Housekeeping kept our towels stocked and fresh. The girls absolutely loved the indoor pool. 」

「This is the WORST property I have ever stayed with - the room was incredibly filthy. We were the only guests in the lobby, and the girl at the front desk (who was incapable of eye contact) initially said she could not find our (pre-paid) reservation, then said they were full - and after almost 30 minutes, finally got the maintenence man to show her how to check us in. I had booked a suite, and was not given the correct room. We would've gone somewhere else, but it was already quite late and we...

「Parking is very easy, carts are easily accessible and available for moving in and out! Ac works very well! Beds were comfortable. I have only one complaint…the toilet is very low! Being handicapped (recovering from 2messed up knee surgeries) I needed help getting down and getting up! All else acceded expectations!!」

「When i booked it online the pictures they had posted was photoshoped. The rooms was nothing like the photos, my room had black hair in bathroom floor upon arrival, no smoke detector in the room and the bathtub had mold around the caulking, inside bottom of tub was black, for the price they charge i was expecting at least for it to be clean. Even after they came in the next day to give us fresh towels, and take out trash the bathroom floor was NOT SWEEP, the long black hairs was still there.」

「The hotel and furniture looks outdated. It is in need of a severe upgrade. The cleanliness of our room was questionable and the carpet looked dingy. Our toilet had to be repaired. The elevator was out of commission for several hours. My husband is a heart patient. As a result of the elevator being repaired he was forced to walk up several flights of stairs to our room. I was also charged two different rates for our hotel stay. 」

「In room 303 I had no hot water, I saw roaches , refrigerator didn’t work . I had two days but I cancelled for Sunday and asked for a refund , which I’m still waiting on . Will never go back 」
