This is a new construction condo located in a safe and family-friendly neighborhood. The unit offers a spacious King Bed Master in addition to a beautifully tiled handicap-accessible shower. Free parking in addition to the free high-speed internet makes this a perfect destination for anyone looking for a place to be with family or get business done. Just a few miles from some of the best restaurants in town and only 7 miles from Liberty University this truly is a great home away from home.

This is a beautiful condo in a great location. Offering 2 bedrooms, one king and two twin beds. A quaint dining area that seats 7 and other great amenities such as a washer and dryer in the unit.
This is a brand new condo built-in 2021. This building is private and secure with 2 keyed entry points, well lit at night, with security cameras located outside as well as in the hallways of the building.
Free parking on the premises.

Guests have access to a large kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a spacious living room and dining area, and a washer and dryer.
The kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker stocked with coffee pods, cream, and sugar.

Beautiful and Cozy

This beautiful modern home is amazing with everything you will need to unwind and rest. The location is so close to great restaurants and shopping, yet nestled away in a very quiet and secure area. Would definitely give more than 5 stars if we could.

Great stay very quiet! Been in other condo in same complex with big foot living upstairs. TV is giant and fireplace is over the top. Bring your own shampoo.

Forest Visit

This was our second time staying at this beautiful condo and we were just as pleased as the first time. The condo is located in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. It’s very clean, well decorated and the furniture is comfortable. The host is easy to communicate with and quick with responses. We hope to stay again soon when in town.

Hidden Gem

This property was amazing. More than enough space for our family to be comfortable and a great location with it only being about 10 minutes outside of town.All of the thought that went into this property was evident. Everything from the hard bound book telling you about the owners to the super comfortable beds and almost luxury master bathroom. This was definitely an amazing place to stay and we will surely try to stay here again in the future.

Comfortable & Relaxing

The condo is new, clean, quiet and relaxing. We were close to our family we were visiting. I will definitely stay there again when visiting Forest, VA.

Excellent Condo

The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated and spacious. The property owner was easy to work worth and helpful and pleasant. This place is a great value and we were really impressed. We will definitely be staying here again!

Excellent accommodations - super clean - perfect!

We needed to be in the Lynchburg area for a few days to visit with our daughter. While looking for housing we came across this gem. The only word to describe it is “FANTASTIC!” Found it even better than advertised. Can’t go wrong choosing this one!!

Amazing!!

This pictures of this place do not do it justice!! It is beautiful on the inside and was perfect for us!! The cost of the property for what you get is insanely cheap! The rental was so clean and tidy! They had tons of great “extras” to help you enjoy your time there - coffee, puzzles, plenty of towels, etc. We LOVED the place and if we are ever back in the area we will most DEFINITELY stay again. The rental manager was amazing to work with and very good to respond if we had any questions or concerns. Thanks for everything!

Decent, but bring everything you need!!!!!!!

Good space, and beautifully decorated. Lacked supplies something terrible.... ONE trash bag in can and no others around. Thank goodness we had walmart plastic bags to use to take trash to compactor outside! NO shampoo/conditioner in either shower, and no bar soap in either! Ran to store to buy. Only one towel/washcloth per person for four days. Did laundry for them. Barely enough dishwashing detergent - we only ran washer once, then did dishes by hand. Never had this all happen before at any places we have stayed in the area! Also, we had what I think is a bug in one pillow on master bed. My husband thought it was fecal matter. I took a picture. I also went to my vehicle and got a travel pillow to use. And extra bed linens in 2nd bedroom were all wadded up and on a shelf. Like they were put there dirty. We didn't need them but wouldn't have used them anyways. We checked the rest of the beds/pillows/sheets out and they were okay so we tried to not feel "buggie" and went to bed! Light globes over kitchen sink are really dirty and need cleaned. That was the first thing we saw that night when we entered. Overall, not a great impression, but we managed to overcome things and have a good time with our son, which was why we came. Family time with our LU student. I didn't contact property manager, which was my choice. We chose to deal with things ourselves because we were just so stressed before arriving and didn't need the added aggravation.
