“The property is beautiful and they have great amenities but the staff at the Players Club and the restaurant were just plain rude. The grill staff hostess wouldn’t even come by to seat us. It was only 8 pm and they posted open until 10! They just would look then turn away. We left because no one would seat us. Then the girls at the cafe barely responded to questions. Food was premade so the sandwich was soggy and the bun tough yet wet. The guy working the players club was just sarcastic and……

“This place was very clean and had nice, cozy rooms. I appreciated that they had Keurigs and coffee pods, a small fridge and microwave if you are staying a few nights. The beds were a little hard, but I like soft mattresses and the only issue was the curtains were not long enough and shed some light at night. This was OK for me because I use a mask for sleeping. I like the simple, appropriate decor. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Had to change room twice to get functional bathroom only on the second night. Only one staff member took the right action and was apologetic.”

“Front desk is not friendly! Elevator was out of order, and we have two heavy luggage to move upstairs without any help...”

“Old motel converted into a super cute stay! Practical amenities, good pour overs in the rooms, and accommodating staff. Would stay again.”

“I booked on advance to be ready since I was traveling with an Elderly person, when I got the reception, I was given a different room, they tried to accommodate me but it took them a long time after a different room tryouts finally got the one I've originally booked. To top it off I had prepaid for my stay and when I was asked for my credit card they charged me once again! And now im disputing it. Just awful experience.”

“Do not stay in room 207. The bedroom window has a trash bin as a showcase. I was disappointed with the view. Good thing it wasn’t a hot sunny day. ”

“Could not even spend the night there. We had to get another hotel. It was worth paying for 2 hotels just to not stay at this run down, dirty looking property. The price is NOT worth it! And the pictures did not show the accuracy of the property. ”
